2688 Floor Lamp

Product Information:

The Floor Lamp is a lighting fixture designed for use in your
home or office. It provides illumination and adds style to your
living space. The lamp is made up of several parts that need to be
assembled following the provided instructions. Safety precautions
should be taken to prevent fire, electrical shock, and personal
injury.

Safety & Warnings:

• Always turn off and unplug the lamp before attempting to
  replace the light bulb to reduce the risk of fire, electrical
  shock, or personal injury.
• Do not touch the light bulb while the fixture is turned
  on.
• Keep flammable materials away from the lamp.
• Never look directly at a lit bulb.
• Inspect all parts for defects before assembly.
• If there are any defects in the wire, do not continue to
  assemble and contact Customer Service immediately.
• Consult a qualified electrician if you have any electrical
  questions.
• Do not drape clothes over the lamp.
• Place the lamp behind furniture to reduce the likelihood of
  tipping over.
• Keep children and pets away from the lamp.
• Keep children away from packing materials to prevent
  suffocation and choking.

Installation:

1. Place part 01 on a non-abrasive surface.
2. Insert four part 02 into part 01 and align part 03 with each
   part 02. Tamp down to secure.
3. Attach part 03 to the top of the four part 02 using four part
   04. Secure them together.
4. Attach part 05 to the top of the four part 04 using four part
   06. Secure them together.
5. Attach part 07 to the top of the four part 06 and secure it
   with part 08.
6. Insert four screws into the four holes on part 07.
7. Insert the lamp base through the middle hole of part 07 and
   secure it with the wing nut.
8. Attach four part 09 to part 08.
9. Attach part 10 to the top of the four part 08 using four part
   11.
10. Install a light bulb (part 12).

Cleaning & Care:

• Unplug the lamp before cleaning.
• Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth or static duster.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they may
  damage the fixture’s finish.
• Dispose of the product at your local authority waste disposal
  center; do not discard it with household waste.
