RTMDCHCBP High Capacity Battery Pack
Product Information
The High Capacity Battery Pack (model RTMDCHCBP) is a
rechargeable Li-ion battery pack designed for use with DC Tubular
Motors. It allows the motors to operate wirelessly without the need
for traditional battery wands with disposable batteries. The
battery pack has a small profile, making it easy to place in the
window pocket. It can be fully recharged in approximately 6 hours
and can be paired with the optional Solar Panel Battery Charger for
continuous recharging.
The battery pack has the following features:
- Up to 500 Up/Down Cycles on a Single Charge

- Recharges in 6 hours

Installation
Charging
Before first use, the Rechargeable Battery Pack must be fully
charged to prolong battery lifespan. Follow these steps to charge
the battery pack:
- Connect the High Capacity Battery Pack to the Battery Charger
using the provided 2 pin locking SMR style connector. The charger
model is RPTMDC-CHARGE. - Charge the battery pack for 6 hours.
- Install the battery pack as required. Refer to Section 1.2 for
attachment methods.
Attachment Methods
The Rechargeable Battery Pack can be attached using the
following methods:
- Hook
- Screw
- Charging Cable (model RTMDC18/25)
- Double Sided Tape (not supplied)
Important: Do not install the Rechargeable Battery Pack where it
will be exposed to direct sunlight.
Motor Connections
The battery pack uses a 2 pin, non-locking JST style connector
for motor connections. The compatible motors are:
- Tilt Blinds: MTDCRF-TILT-1
- Tubular Motors: MTDCRF18-0.2, MTDCRF25-1.1, MTDCRFQ28-2
- Cord Lift: RTMDCZ25, RTMDCZ28, MT01-1225-069002,
MT01-1228-069002
