Frequently Asked Questions
– Rotate the hearing aid from the charging box
– Distinguish the left and right of the hearing aid, the microphone should face upward
– After wear it tightly, press the button for 3 seconds to turn on the hearing aid
– Adjust hearing aid wearing angle to ensure no air circulation then howling sound will not be produced and then turn it on.(It is recommended that the microphone face up)
– Ensure the earplugs suitable.If it is too loose, replace with a small one.
– Turn on the machine by pressing the touch panel for 3 seconds, and then let it close to the charging box, and there is a clear whistling sound, indicating that the hearing aid is normal
– The hearing aid is suitable for people with mild or moderate hearing inpairment (hearing loss range is 26dB HL~70dB HL )，not sutitable for pathological hearing impairment. For example, people with natural hearing loss when get older suggest to use this hearing aid. This hearing aid is temporarily not recommended for people with severe hearing loss.
– This is normal for the hearing aid to squeak (howl) when air in. Can adjust with the following ways:
– Adjust hearing aid wearing angle to ensure no air circulation then howling sound will not be produced.
– Replace more suitable earplugs size.
– Put the hearing aid back in the charging box to charge, may out of power.
– Use a cleaning brush or cleaning stick to clean the sound outlet or microphone, Sound outlet or microphone may block.
– Put the hearing aid back in the charging box to charge, may battery is low.
– Increase hearing aid volume, may volume is low.
– Replace the hearing aid earplugs or wear the hearing aid tightly, may earplugs loose.
– The hearing aid is a high-precision system. Do not let the hearing aid invade any liquid. Suggest to remove before swimming, washing hair or taking a bath.
– 2 hours for the hearing aid fully charged in the charging box, and can be used for more than 24 hours.
– 3 hours to charge the charging box once. Fully charged box can charge hearing aid 4-5 times.
– If both ears with hearing loss and no other contraindications, Recommend to wear both ears. Both ears wear has a better experience in sound acceptance than single ear wear, and avoids hearing fatigue caused by long-term wear on one side

– Use a small brush to remove earwax or other tiny particles accumulated around the hearing aid, the volume button, and the battery compartment.
– Put the wiped hearing aid in the sun and let it dry naturally
– Before charging, please make sure that the insulating sheet on the hearing aid is torn off, otherwise, the hearing aid cannot be charged
