COFFEE PREPARATION

1. Add coarsely ground coffee to the glass container (6 g coffee = 1 measuring spoon to 100 ml water). Coarsely ground coffee cannot pass through the sieve or clog it.
   
2. Fill approx. 100-200 ml of water (~96°) into the glass container. Let the water cool in the kettle for about 20 seconds after boiling.
   
3. Stir the mixture 2-3 times and let the coffee brew for 30 seconds. This allows the aroma to unfold in the best possible way.
   
4. Now add the remaining water up to the desired level and then stir the mixture again 2-3 times.
   
5. Put the lid on and let the coffee brew for another 3-4 minutes.
   
6. Press the filter down carefully and evenly. You can then pour the freshly pressed coffee into a cup and enjoy it.
   

CLEANING

For maximum longevity, we recommend cleaning by hand. To clean the individual filter components, you can simply unscrew them from the metal rod.
