Cushion Quickstart Guide
 | Insert adaptor jack into the plug on the right side of the unit. |  | To turn the heat on, press the heat button once. Press again to turn the heat off. |
 | Plug wall adaptor into AC 120V outlet or car adaptor into cigarette lighter power supply. |  | To change the programs, press the power button. Select from multiple settings by pressing the programs button successively until the desired program is found. |
 | To turn the unit on, press the power button on the controller once. |  | To turn the unit off, hold the power button for 3 seconds. This unit automatically turns off after 20 minutes. |
Cushion Key Features
Prepare for use at home, in the office, or in the car:
Place the unit in a chair or car seat, and pull the attached elastic strap over to pof the chair or seat to hold the cushion in place. Make sure the unit is flush with the chair or seat to allow for maximum benefit of the lumbar support.
Programs
LOW Vibration — for a soothing massage
HIGH Vibration — for a vigorous, deeper massage
OFF — if you prefer heat only
