P6 Handheld – Usage Instructions

To use the P6 Handheld, follow these instructions:

1. Ensure that the device is fully charged before use.
2. Press and hold the power button to turn on the device.
3. Use the touch panel to navigate through the device’s
   interface.
4. If you need to operate the device with gloves or wet hands, the
   capacitive screen supports this functionality.
5. Connect to a Wi-Fi network by going to the device settings and
   selecting the desired network.
6. If you need to use a SIM card, insert it into the device’s SIM
   card slot. The device supports dual SIM and dual standby
   functionality.
7. To establish a network connection, ensure that the device has a
   valid network signal.
8. For Bluetooth connectivity, enable Bluetooth in the device
   settings and pair the device with other compatible devices.
9. The P6 Handheld also supports USB connectivity via the Type C
   USB port. It also supports OTG functionality.
10. Use the external interface to connect to Ntrip for GNSS
    positioning.
11. The device’s GNSS specifications allow for high-precision
    positioning. It supports various satellite systems such as GPS,
    BeiDou, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, SBAS, and IRNSS.
12. The P6 Handheld is equipped with various sensors including NFC,
    G Sensor, Magnetometer, and Light Sensor.
13. The device is waterproof and dustproof with an IP67 rating. It
    can survive a drop from a height of 1.8 meters.
14. Ensure that the device is stored in a suitable environment with
    a temperature range that complies with the specified storage
    temperature.
15. The P6 Handheld is compatible with common third-party GIS
    software such as ArcGIS Collector, Mapit GIS, and FieldGenius
    Android. It also comes with SinoGNSS High-Precision configuration
    software and SinoGNSS Survey Master field software.
