Kahootz 01023 Spirograph Junior Craft Kit
INTRODUCTION
- Lift the frame and place a sheet of paper inside the corner marks as shown to the right.
- Close the frame. Place the large gear ring inside the teeth of the frame to lock it into place.
- Choose a gear and place it inside the gear ring so the teeth are engaged. We recommend gear A to start.
- Insert a marker into one of the holes in the gear. Holding, the marker upright as shown, move the gear along the teeth on the inside of the gear ring. Continue drawing until the marker meefs back up with fhe point where the design began.
Using the Frame
- You can also move the gears around the teeth inside the frame to create rectangle designs. They make great picture frames!
Creating designs with the gears
Each gear and hole will create a unique design. This chart will show you what gear and hole to use to draw each design.
Fun Ideas
- Draw lines in and around your Spirograph designs to transform them into pictures! Get creative and let your imagination run wild!
- You can even combine fwo Spirograph designs to make more complex drawings!
Other Tips
- The holes in the gears work with the markers included in this kit, but will also work with other markers and crayons.
- Practice! Practice! Practice! Discover the possibilities as you draw more Spirograph designs.
- The desk is designed to work with half of an 8.5×11 inch standard sheet of Dapper.
