4. GERÄTEBESCHREIBUNG
4.1 Muskelmassagegerät
Die zugehörigen Zeichnungen sind auf Seite 3 abgebildet. 1 Aufsatz Wählbar zwischen 4 verschieden Aufsätzen 2 EIN/AUS-Taste 3 Akkustand-Anzeige (3 LEDs) 3 LEDs = Akkustand 100% 2 LEDs = Akkustand 75% 1 LED = Akkustand 50% 4 Haltegriff 5 Anschluss für Netzadapter 6 ON/OFF Schalter 7 LED Intensitätsstufenanzeige 5 LEDs, beginnend von links nach rechts
4.2 Aufsätze
8 Kugelkopf Am besten geeignet für großflächige Bereiche, große Muskelgruppen (z. B. den Oberarm, der Wade, etc.).
9 Spiralkopf Am besten geeignet für tiefes Muskelgewebe und gezielte, punktuelle Massagen (z. B. der Fußsohle).
10 U-förmiger Kopf Am besten geeignet für tiefes Muskelgewebe im Bereich des unteren Rückens (ausgenommen Wirbelsäule) oder der Achillessehne.
11 Flacher Kopf Am besten geeignet für großflächige Bereiche am ganzen Körper (z. B. dem Oberschenkel).

5. ANWENDUNG
5.1 Inbetriebnahme
Hinweis
Die Massage muss zu jeder Zeit als angenehm empfunden werden. Das Auftreten von leichten Hämatomen ist ein positiver Therapieeffekt und durchaus möglich, da durch die Anwendung des Geräts die Durchblutung gezielt gefördert werden kann. Es können auch vereinzelt Hautrötungen auftreten. Sollten bei Ihnen übermäßige Hautirritationen auftreten, beenden Sie die Anwendung mit dem Gerät und konsultieren Sie einen Arzt. Je nach Ausmaß der Verspannungen wird für den gewünschten Bereich (Nacken, Schultern, Rücken, Arme, Gesäß oder Beine) eine Anwendungsdauer von ca .10 Minuten empfohlen.

Bevor Sie das Muskelmassagegerät das erste Mal in Betrieb nehmen, müssen Sie es für mindestens 3,5 Stunden aufladen. Gehen Sie dazu wie folgt vor: 1. Entfernen Sie sämtliches Verpackungsmaterial vom Gerät 2. Verbinden Sie den mitgelieferten Netzadapter mit dem Muskelmassagegerät. Der Anschluss
für den Netzadapter befindet sich auf der Unterseite des Haltegriffs A . 3. Stecken Sie anschließend den Netzadapter in eine geeignete Steckdose. Die Akkustandan-
zeige 3 zeigt den aktuellen Akkustand. 4. Während des Ladevorgangs blinkt jeweils die LED des aktuellen Akkustands. Sobald das Mus-
kelmassagegerät vollständig aufgeladen ist, leuchten alle 3 LEDs dauerhaft. Eine vollständige Akkuladung reicht für ca. 5 Stunden Betrieb aus. Sobald die linke LED der Akkustandanzeige zu blinken beginnt, müssen Sie das Gerät aufladen, da es sich sonst automatisch abschaltet.
5.2 Aufsatz wählen / wechseln
Wählen Sie den passenden Aufsatz, bevor Sie mit der Massage beginnen. Um einen Aufsatz zu wechseln, gehen Sie wie folgt vor: 1. Ziehen Sie den bisherigen Aufsatz waagerecht aus dem Muskelmassagerät heraus B . 2. Schieben Sie Ihren gewünschten Aufsatz fest in das Muskelmassagegerät, bis er spürbar
fest einrastet C .
5.3 Einschalten / Vibrationsstufe wählen
Hinweis
Das Muskelmassagegerät besitzt eine Abschaltautomatik. Dies bedeutet, dass sich das Muskelmassagegerät nach einer Anwendung von ca. 10 Minuten automatisch abschaltet. 1. Schieben Sie den ON-/OFF-Schalter 6 auf der Unterseite des Haltegriff s 4 auf die Position
,,ON”. Die LEDs der Akkustandanzeige 3 beginnen zu leuchten. 2. Drücken Sie die EIN-/AUS-Taste 2 , um das Gerät einzuschalten. Die linke LED der Intensi-
tätsstufenanzeige 1 beginnt zu leuchten. Die Massage startet in der Intensitätsstufe 1. 3. Um zwischen den fünf Intensitätsstufen zu wechseln, drücken Sie kurz die EIN-/AUS-Taste
2 : Intensitätsstufe 1: ca. 1800 U/min/30 Hz Intensitätsstufe 2: ca. 2100 U/min/35 Hz Intensitätsstufe 3: ca. 2400 U/min/40 Hz Intensitätsstufe 4: ca. 2700 U/min/45 Hz Intensitätsstufe 5: ca. 3000 U/min/50 Hz 4. Sie können das Gerät jederzeit während der Anwendung durch anhaltendes Drücken der ON/ OFF Taste (ca. 2 Sekunden) aussschalten. Wenn Sie auf der fünften Intensitätsstufe erneut die EIN-/AUS-Taste 2 drücken, schaltet sich das Gerät aus. Das Gerät befindet sich im Stand-by Betrieb. 5. Schieben Sie nach der Anwendung den ON-/ OFF-Schalter 6 auf der Unterseite des Haltegriffs 4 auf die Position ,,OFF”. Das Gerät ist vollständig ausgeschaltet. Hinweis: Sollte das Gerät während der Anwendung stoppen, kann dies aus übermäßiger Druckausübung resultieren. Achten Sie daher darauf, dass Sie während der Anwendung nicht zu viel Druck auf das Gerät ausüben.

6. REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE
Reinigung

WARNUNG
· Schalten Sie das Gerät vor jeder Reinigung aus. · Reinigen Sie das Gerät nicht in der Spülmaschine. · Reinigen Sie das Gerät ausschließlich mit einem leicht angefeuchteten Tuch und einem nicht
scheuerndem Reinigungsmittel. Für eine hygienische Reinigung, reinigen Sie die Aufsätze 7 / 8 / 9 / 10 mit Wasser und einem nicht scheuernden Reinigungsmittel. · Reinigen Sie das Gerät nur in der angegebenen Weise. Es darf keinesfalls Flüssigkeit in das Gerät eindringen. · Benutzen Sie das Gerät und die Aufsätze erst wieder, wenn alle Bestandteile vollständig trocken sind. · Lagern Sie das Gerät und alle Teile in der Originalverpackung in trockener Umgebung, wenn Sie es längere Zeit nicht verwenden.
Pflege Wenn Sie das Muskelmassagegerät längere Zeit nicht verwenden, empfehlen wir Ihnen, es in der Originalverpackung in trockener Umgebung und ohne Beschwerung aufzubewahren.

7. WAS TUN BEI PROBLEMEN?

Problem Das Muskelmassaggegerät stoppt während der Anwendung.

Behebung Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie während der Anwendung nicht zu viel Druck auf das Muskelmassagerät ausüben. Bei übermäßiger Druckausübung stoppt das Gerät kurz.

8. ENTSORGUNG
Akku-Entsorgung Die verbrauchten, vollkommen entladenen Akkus müssen Sie über speziell gekennzeichnete Sammelbehälter, Sondermüllannahmestellen oder über den Elektrohändler entsorgen. Sie sind gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet, die Akkus zu entsorgen. Diese Zeichen finden Sie auf schadstoffhaltigen Akkus: Pb = Batterie enthält Blei, Cd = Batterie enthält Cadmium, Hg = Batterie enthält Quecksilber.
Defekte oder verbrauchte Akkus müssen gemäß Richtlinie 2006/66/EG und deren Änderungen recycelt werden. Geben Sie Akkus und/oder das Gerät über die angebotenen Sammeleinrichtungen zurück.

Im Interesse des Umweltschutzes darf das Gerät am Ende seiner Lebensdauer nicht mit dem Hausmüll entfernt werden. Die Entsorgung kann über entsprechende Sammelstellen in Ihrem Land erfolgen. Entsorgen Sie das Gerät gemäß der Elektro- und Elektronik Altgeräte EG-Richtlinie WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment). Bei Rückfragen wenden Sie sich an die für die Entsorgung zuständige kommunale Behörde.

5. INITIAL USE
5.1 Initial use
USAGE
The massage must always feel comfortable. The appearance of light haematoma is a positive eff ect of treatment and quite likely, as circulation can be promoted in a targeted way by applying the device. Isolated erythema may also occur. If you develop excessive skin irritation, discontinue the application of the device and consult a doctor. Depending on the extent of the muscle tension, an application duration of approx. 10 minutes is recommended for the desired area (neck, shoulder, back, arms, buttocks and legs). Before using the Deep Tissue Massager for the first time, charge it first for a minimum of 3.5 hours. To do so, proceed as follows: 1. Remove all packaging material from the device. 2. Connect the supplied mains adapter to the Deep Tissue Massager. The connection for the
mains adapter is located on the bottom of the handle of the Deep Tissue Massager A . 3. Then insert the mains adapter into a suitable socket. The current battery charge level is dis-
played on the battery charge level display 3 .

4. The LED for the relevant current battery charge level flashes during the charging process. As soon as the Deep Tissue Massager is fully charged, all 3 LEDs will light up permanently. The battery will last for approx. 5 hours of operation when fully charged. If, during operation, the left LED of the battery charge level display 3 starts to flash, the device must be charged, as otherwise it will automatically switch off.
5.2 Selecting/changing the attachment
Choose the suitable attachment before you begin massaging. To change an attachment, proceed as follows: 1. Pull the existing attachment horizontally off the Deep Tissue Massager B . 2. Slide your desired attachment firmly into the Deep Tissue Massager until you feel it click se-
curely into place C .
5.3 Switching the device on/selecting the vibration level
Note
The Deep Tissue Massager comes with an automatic switch-off function. This means that the Deep Tissue Massager automatically switches off after a period of use of 10 minutes. 1. Slide the ON/OFF switch 6 on the underside of the handle 4 to the “ON” position. The LEDs
on the battery charge level display 3 will begin to light up. 2. Press the ON/OFF button 2 to switch the device on. The left LED of the intensity level dis-
play 1 starts to light up. The massage starts at intensity level 1. 3. To change between the fi ve intensity levels, briefl y press the ON/OFF button 2 :

5. UTILISATION
5.1 Mise en service
Remarque
Le massage doit toujours être agréable. L`apparition de légers hématomes est un effet thérapeutique positif et tout à fait possible étant donné que l`utilisation de l`appareil favorise la circulation sanguine de façon localisée. Des rougeurs peuvent également apparaître sur la peau. En cas d`irritations cutanées excessives, arrêtez d`utiliser l`appareil et consultez un médecin. Selon l`intensité des tensions, il est recommandé d`appliquer l`appareil sur la zone souhaitée (cou, épaules, dos, bras, fesses et jambes) durant environ 10 minutes.

5.2 Choisir/changer l’embout

5.3 Allumer l’appareil/choisir le niveau de vibration Remarque

6. NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN

· Éteignez l’appareil avant de le nettoyer. · Ne lavez pas l’appareil au lave-vaisselle. · Nettoyez uniquement l`appareil avec un chiffon légèrement humidifié et un produit de net-
toyage non abrasif. En vue d`un nettoyage hygiénique, nettoyez les têtes 7 / 8 / 9 / 10 avec de l`eau et un produit de nettoyage non abrasif. · Nettoyez uniquement l`appareil de la façon indiquée. Il faut absolument éviter l`infiltration de liquide dans l`appareil. · N`utilisez de nouveau l`appareil et les têtes que lorsque tous les composants sont tout à fait secs. · Rangez l`appareil et toutes ses pièces dans son emballage d`origine et dans un endroit sec lorsque vous ne l`utilisez pas durant une période prolongée. Entretien Si vous n’utilisez pas le pistolet de massage musculaire pendant une période prolongée, nous vous recommandons de le ranger dans son emballage d’origine sans rien poser dessus.

7. QUE FAIRE EN CAS DE PROBLÈMES ?

Assurez-vous de ne pas exercer une pression trop forte sur le pistolet de massage musculaire pendant l’utilisation. Si la pression est trop forte, l’appareil s’arrête brièvement.

8. ÉLIMINATION
Élimination des batteries Les batteries usagées et complètement déchargées doivent être mises au rebut dans des conteneurs spéciaux ou aux points de collecte réservés à cet usage ou bien déposées chez un revendeur d’appareils électriques. L’élimination des batteries est une obligation légale qui vous incombe. Ces pictogrammes se trouvent sur les batteries à substances nocives : Pb = pile contenant du plomb, Cd = pile contenant du cadmium, Hg = pile contenant du mercure.
Les batteries défectueuses ou usagées doivent être recyclées conformément à la directive 2006/66/CE et ses modifications. Retournez les batteries et/ou l`appareil aux centres de collecte.

Dans l’intérêt de la protection de l’environnement, l’appareil ne doit pas être jeté avec les ordures ménagères à la fin de sa durée de service. L’élimination doit se faire par le biais des points de collecte compétents dans votre pays. 5. APLICACIÓN
5.1 Puesta en funcionamiento
Nota
El masaje debe ser una sensación agradable en todo momento. La aparición de hematomas ligeros es un efecto terapéutico positivo y muy posible, ya que mediante el uso del aparato puede promoverse la circulación sanguínea de forma selectiva. También puede producirse un enrojecimiento de la piel esporádico. Si en su caso apareciesen irritaciones cutáneas excesivas, detenga el uso del aparato y consulte a un médico. Según la magnitud de las contracturas, se recomienda un tiempo de uso de aprox. 10 minutos para la zona deseada (cuello, hombros, espalda, brazos, glúteos y piernas).

Antes de utilizar por primera vez el aparato de masaje muscular, deberá cargarlo como mínimo durante 3,5 horas. Proceda para ello del siguiente modo: 1. Retire completamente el material de embalaje del aparato. 2. Una el adaptador de red suministrado con el aparato de masaje muscular. La toma del ad-
aptador de red se encuentra en el aparato de masaje muscular en la parte inferior del asidero A . 3. A continuación, enchufe el adaptador de red a una toma de corriente adecuada. En el indi-
cador de nivel de batería 3 se muestra el estado actual de la batería. 4. Durante el proceso de carga, parpadea el LED correspondiente al estado actual de la batería.
En cuanto el aparato de masaje muscular se carga completamente, los 3 LED se iluminan de forma permanente. Una carga completa es suficiente para aprox. 4 horas de funcionamiento. Si el LED izquierdo del indicador de nivel de batería empieza a parpadear durante el funcionamiento, debe cargar el aparato, ya que si no, se apagará automáticamente.
5.2 Elegir/cambiar accesorio
Seleccione el cabezal adecuado antes de empezar con el masaje. Para cambiar un accesorio, proceda del siguiente modo: 1. Tire del accesorio anterior horizontalmente para retirarlo del aparato de masaje muscular B . 2. Deslice el accesorio deseado con firmeza en el aparato de masaje muscular hasta que en-
caje C .
5.3 Encendido/elección del nivel de vibración Nota
El aparato de masaje muscular cuenta con un mecanismo de desconexión automática. Esto significa que el aparato de masaje muscular se apaga automáticamente tras 10 minutos de utilización. 1. Desplace el interruptor ON/OFF 6 en la parte inferior del asidero 4 a la posición «ON». Los
LED del indicador de nivel de batería 3 se iluminarán. 2. Pulse el botón de ON/OFF 2 para encender el aparato. El LED izquierdo del indicador de
nivel de intensidad 1 se iluminarán. El masaje empieza en el nivel de intensidad 1. 3. Para cambiar entre los cinco niveles de intensidad, pulse brevemente el botón de ON/OFF
2: Nivel de intensidad 1: aprox. 1800U/min/30 Hz Nivel de intensidad 2: aprox. 2100U/min/35 Hz Nivel de intensidad 3: aprox. 2400U/min/40 Hz Nivel de intensidad 4: aprox. 2700U/min/45 Hz Nivel de intensidad 5: aprox. 3000U/min/50 Hz 4. Si vuelve a pulsar el botón ON/OFF 2 en el quinto nivel de intensidad, el aparato se apaga. El aparato se halla en modo de espera. 5. Tras el uso, desplace el interruptor ON/OFF 6 en la parte inferior del asidero 4 a la posición «OFF». El aparato está totalmente apagado. Nota: si el aparato se detuviese durante el uso, esto puede deberse a haber aplicado una presión excesiva. Por ello, asegúrese durante la utilización de no aplicar demasiada presión en el aparato.

6. LIMPIEZA Y CUIDADO
Limpieza

ADVERTENCIA
· Desconecte siempre el aparato antes de limpiarlo. · No meta el aparato en el lavavajillas. · Limpie el aparato únicamente con un paño ligeramente humedecido y un producto de lim-
pieza no abrasivo. Para una limpieza higiénica, limpie los cabezales 7 / 8 / 9 / 10 con agua y un product de limpieza no abrasivo. · Limpie el aparato únicamente de la forma indicada. No debe entrar líquido en el aparato bajo ningún concepto. · Utilice de nuevo el aparato y los cabezales solo cuando todos los componentes estén totalmente secos. · Guarde el aparato y todas las piezas en su embalaje original, en un entorno seco, cuando no vaya a utilizarlo durante un largo period de tiempo.
Cuidado Si no va a utilizar el aparato de masaje muscular durante un periodo de tiempo prolongado, le recomendamos que lo guarde en su embalaje original en un ambiente seco y sin soportar cargas.

7. RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS

Problema El aparato de masaje muscular se para durante su uso.

Solución Asegúrese de no ejercer demasiada presión sobre el aparato de masaje muscular mientras lo usa. Si ejerce una presión excesiva, el aparato se detendrá brevemente.

8. ELIMINACIÓN
Eliminación de baterías Las baterías usadas, completamente descargadas, deben desecharse a través de contenedores de recogida señalados de forma especial, los puntos de recogida de residuos especiales o a través de los distribuidores de equipos electrónicos. Los usuarios están obligados por ley a eliminar las baterías correctamente. Estos símbolos se encuentran en baterías que contienen sustancias tóxicas: Pb = la pila contiene plomo, Cd = la pila contiene cadmio, Hg = la pila contiene mercurio.

5. UTILIZZO
5.1 Messa in funzione
Indicazione
Il massaggio deve risultare piacevole in ogni momento. La comparsa di leggeri ematomi è un effetto positivo della terapia ed è senz`altro possibile, poiché attraverso l`utilizzo dell`apparecchio la circolazione può essere stimolata in modo mirato. Possono verifi carsi anche arrossamenti della pelle localizzati. Se subentrano irritazioni cutanee estese, interrompere l`uso dell`apparecchio e consultare un medico. In base all`entità delle tensioni si consiglia per la zona selezionata (gambe, glutei, braccia, schiena, spalle e cervicale) una durata di utilizzo di ca. 10 minuti.

Prima di mettere in funzione per la prima volta la Pistola per Massaggio Muscolare, è necessario caricarla per almeno 3,5 ore. Procedere come descritto di seguito: 1. Rimuovere l`intero materiale di imballaggio. 2. Collegare l`adattatore di rete in dotazione alla Pistola per Massaggio Muscolare. L`ingresso
per l`adattatore si trova sul fondo dell`impugnatura A della Pistola per Massaggio Muscolare. 3. Collegare quindi l’adattatore a una presa di corrente adatta. la spia dello stato della batteria
3 indica l`attuale stato della batteria. 4. Durante la ricarica lampeggia il LED relativo allo stato attuale della batteria. Quando la Pistola
per Massaggio Muscolare è completamente carica, tutti e 3 i LED rimangono accesi. Una carica completa della batteria è sufficiente per circa 4 ore di funzionamento. Se durante il funzionamento il LED sinistro della spia dello stato della batteria inizia a lampeggiare, l’apparecchio deve essere ricaricato altrimenti si spegne automaticamente.
5.2 Selezione/sostituzione degli accessori
Scegliere l`inserto adatto prima di iniziare il massaggio. Per sostituire un accessorio procedere come segue: 1. Estrarre orizzontalmente l`accessorio attualmente montato sulla Pistola per Massaggio
Muscolare B . 2. Spingere l`accessorio desiderato nella Pistola per Massaggio Muscolare fino a sentire uno
scatto C .
5.3 Accensione/selezione del livello di vibrazione
Indicazione
La Pistola per Massaggio Muscolare è dotata di un dispositivo di spegnimento automatico. Questo significa che la Pistola per Massaggio Muscolare si spegne automaticamente dopo 10 minuti di utilizzo. 1. Spingere l`interruttore ON/OFF 6 situato sul lato inferiore dell`impugnatura 4 in posizione ON.
I LED della spia dello stato della batteria 3 iniziano a illuminarsi. 2. Premere il tasto ON/OFF 2 per accendere l`apparecchio. Il LED sinistro della spia del livello
di intensità 1 inizia a illuminarsi. Il massaggio si avvia con il livello di intensità 1. 3. Per passare da uno all`altro dei cinque livelli di intensità, premere brevemente il tasto ON/
OFF 2 : livello di intensità 1: ca. 1800 giri/min./30 Hz livello di intensità 2: ca. 2100 giri/min./35 Hz livello di intensità 3: ca. 2400 giri/min./40 Hz livello di intensità 4: ca. 2700 giri/min./45 Hz livello di intensità 5: ca. 3000 giri/min./50 Hz 4. Se si preme di nuovo il tasto ON/OFF 2 mentre è attivo il quinto livello di intensità, l`apparecchio si spegne. L`apparecchio si trova in standby. 5. Dopo l`utilizzo spingere l`interruttore ON/OFF 6 situato sul lato inferiore dell`impugnatura 4 in posizione OFF. L`apparecchio è totalmente spento. Nota: se durante l`utilizzo l`apparecchio si ferma, ciò può esser dovuto all`applicazione di una pressione eccessiva. Tenere quindi presente che durante l`utilizzo non si deve praticare troppa pressione sull`apparecchio.

6. PULIZIA E CURA
Pulizia

AVVERTENZA
· Prima di pulire l’apparecchio, spegnerlo. · Non lavare l’apparecchio in lavastoviglie. · Pulire l`apparecchio con un panno leggermente inumidito e un detergente delicato. Per ga-
rantire l`igiene, pulire gli inserti 7 / 8 / 9 / 10 con acqua e un detergente non aggressivo. · Pulire l`apparecchio solo nel modo indicato. Non devono penetrare in nessun caso liquidi
nell`apparecchio. · Utilizzare l`apparecchio e gli inserti solo dopo che tutti i componenti sono completamente
asciutti. · In caso di inutilizzo prolungato conservare l`apparecchio e tutti i componenti nell`imballaggio
originale e in un luogo asciutto. · Pulire l’apparecchio solo nel modo indicato. Non devono penetrare in nessun caso liquidi
nell’apparecchio. · Utilizzare l’apparecchio e gli inserti solo dopo che tutti i componenti sono completamente
asciutti. · In caso di inutilizzo prolungato conservare l’apparecchio e tutti i componenti nell’imballaggio
originale e in un luogo asciutto.
Cura Se la Pistola per Massaggio Muscolare non viene usata per lunghi periodi, si consiglia di conservarla nell’imballo originale in un ambiente asciutto e senza sovrapporvi carichi.

7. CHE COSA FARE IN CASO DI PROBLEMI?

Problema La Pistola per Massaggio Muscolare si arresta durante l’uso.

Soluzione Non esercitare una pressione eccessiva sulla Pistola per Massaggio Muscolare durante l’uso. In caso di pressione eccessiva, l’apparecchio si arresta per breve tempo.

8. SMALTIMENTO
Smaltimento delle batterie ricaricabili Smaltire le batterie ricaricabili esauste e completamente scariche presso gli appositi punti di raccolta, i punti di raccolta per rifiuti tossici o i negozi di elettronica. Lo smaltimento delle batterie ricaricabili è un obbligo di legge. Sulle batterie ricaricabili contenenti sostanze tossiche sono riportati i seguenti simboli: Pb = batteria contenente piombo, Cd = batteria contenente cadmio, Hg = batteria contenente mercurio.
Le batterie difettose o esauste devono essere riciclate ai sensi della Direttiva 2006/66/CE e relative modifiche. Restituire le batterie e/o l`apparecchio tramite i punti di raccolta indicati.

A tutela dell’ambiente, al termine del suo ciclo di vita l’apparecchio non deve essere smaltito nei rifiuti domestici, ma conferito negli appositi centri di raccolta. Smaltire l’apparecchio secondo la direttiva europea sui rifiuti di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche (RAEE). In caso di dubbi, rivolgersi alle autorità comunali competenti per lo smaltimento.

Masajin her zaman rahatlatici olmasi gerekir. Cihazin kullanimi ile kan dolaimi bilinçli ekilde yükseltildiinden, hafif hematomlarin olumasi söz konusu olabilir ve bunlar pozitif bir tedavi etkisine iarettir. Arada sirada kizarma da görülebilir. Cildinizde airi tahri söz konusu olursa cihazi kullanmayi birakin ve bir doktora bavurun. Gerginliin derecesine bali olarak istenen bölge (ense, omuz, sirt, kol, kalça veya bacak) için yaklaik 10 dakikalik uygulama süresi önerilir.
