Intended use
· This appliance is intended to be used for commercial applications, for example in kitchens of restaurants, canteens, hospital and in commercial enterprises such as bakeries, butcheries, etc., but not for continuous mass production of food.
· The appliance is designed for cooking a variety of food via heating the suitable cookware. Any other use may lead to damage to the appliance or personal injury.
· Operating the appliance for any other purpose shall be deemed a misuse of the device. The user shall be solely liable for improper use of the device.

Grounding installation
This appliance is classified as protection class I and must be connected to a protective ground. Grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current. This appliance is fitted with a power cord with grounding plug or electrical connections with grounding wire. The connections must be properly installed and grounded.

Preparation before use
· Remove all protective packaging and wrapping. · Check that the device is in good condition and with all ac-
cessories. In case of incomplete or damaged delivery, please contact the supplier immediately. In this case, do not use the device. · Clean the accessories and the appliance before use (See ==> Cleaning & Maintenance). · Make sure the appliance is completely dry. · Place the appliance on a horizontal, stable and heat resistant surface that is safe against water splashes. · Keep the packaging if you intend to store your appliance in the future. · Keep the user manual for future reference. NOTE! Due to manufacturing residues, the appliance may emit a light odor during the first few uses. This is normal and does not indicate any defect or hazard. Make sure the appliance is well ventilated.

Operating instructions
· Place a suitable pan or pot at the centre of the heating surface

of the appliance. (See –> Suitable cooking equipment).

Note: Do not place empty pan as this may damage the pan and

the appliance.

· Connect the power plug to a suitable electrical supply outlet.

On/Standby button (1) will be light up and the appliance now

in Standby mode.

· Then, switch On the appliance by pressing On/Standby button

(1) and Power button (6) will flash.

· Next, choose to press either the power button (6) or temper-

ature button (7) to start cooking. If the timer button (2) is not

set, the appliance will operate continuously.

· Once you have finished cooking, switch to Standby mode by

pressing the On/Standby button (1). The digital display (4) and

all buttons will go off except On/Standby button (1).

Note: If no any button on the control panel is pressed during

operation for 2 hours, the appliance will then switch to Standby

mode automatically.

Setting Power level · During operation, press the power button (6) to activate. The
indicator light (6) will light up. · Use the increase setting (3) or decrease setting button (5) to in-
crease or decrease the power level (Range: 100W ~ 3,500W). Default setting is 100W. Higher power level is suitable for steaming.

Setting Temperature level · During operation, press the temperature button (7) to acti-
vate. The indicator light (7) will light up. · Use the increase setting (3) or decrease setting button (5) to
increase or decrease the temperature level (Range: 35°C ~ 240°C). Default setting is 100°C. Higher temperature level is suitable for roasting, grilling or frying. ATTENTION! The programmed temperature is that of the glass plate and not the temperature in the pan!

Setting Timer · After power or temperature setting for cooking, you can opt
for timer setting. Press the timer button (2) to activate. The indicator light (2) lights up. · Use the increase setting (3) or decrease setting button (5) to increase or decrease the cooking time (Range: 0 min ~ 180 mins). Default setting is 0 min. · When the timer is set, it will be stored automatically within 5 seconds. The appliance will then start operation. It will display the remaining time and the power setting / temperature setting alternately on the display (4). · The appliance will go into Standby mode when the set time is elapsed. · If the set time is reduced to “0 min” manually, the appliance will go into Standby mode instantly. Note: 1. Press and hold the increase setting button (3) or decrease
setting button (5) for fast adjustment. 2. After an extended period of operation, it is normal for the
cooling fan inside to continue running in Standby mode for some time. Before unplug the appliance, wait until the cooling fan stops running. 3. The appliance’s surface is still hot after switch to Standby mode. Wait completely cool down before touching.

Verwendungszweck

Vorbereitung vor Verwendung

Bedienungsanleitung
· Stellen Sie eine geeignete Pfanne oder einen geeigneten Topf in die Mitte der Heizfläche des Geräts. (Siehe –> Geeignete Kochgeräte).
Hinweis: Stellen Sie keine leere Pfanne auf, da dies die Pfanne und das Gerät beschädigen kann. · Schließen Sie den Netzstecker an eine geeignete Steckdose
an. Die Ein/Standby-Taste (1) leuchtet auf und das Gerät befindet sich jetzt im Standby-Modus. · Schalten Sie dann das Gerät ein, indem Sie die Ein/Standby-Taste (1) drücken und die Ein/Aus-Taste (6) blinkt. · Wählen Sie dann entweder die Einschalttaste (6) oder die Temperaturtaste (7), um mit dem Garen zu beginnen. Wenn die Timer-Taste (2) nicht eingestellt ist, arbeitet das Gerät kontinuierlich. · Wenn Sie mit dem Garen fertig sind, schalten Sie in den Standby-Modus, indem Sie die Taste Ein/Standby (1) drücken. Die Digitalanzeige (4) und alle Tasten erlöschen außer der Ein/Standby-Taste (1). Hinweis: Wenn während des Betriebs 2 Stunden lang keine Taste auf dem Bedienfeld gedrückt wird, schaltet das Gerät automatisch in den Standby-Modus.

Einstellen der Leistungsstufe · Drücken Sie während des Betriebs den Ein-/Ausschalter (6),
um ihn zu aktivieren. Die Kontrolllampe (6) leuchtet auf. · Verwenden Sie die Taste für die Erhöhung (3) oder Verringe-
rung (5), um die Leistungsstufe zu erhöhen oder zu verringern (Bereich: 100W ~ 3.500 W). Die Standardeinstellung ist 100W. Ein höherer Leistungspegel eignet sich zum Dämpfen.

Einstellen der Temperaturstufe · Drücken Sie während des Betriebs die Temperaturtaste (7),
um sie zu aktivieren. Die Kontrolllampe (7) leuchtet auf. · Verwenden Sie die Einstellung für die Erhöhung (3) oder die
Einstellung für die Verringerung (5), um die Temperatur zu erhöhen oder zu verringern (Bereich: 35 °C ~ 240 °C). Die Standardeinstellung ist 100 °C. Ein höherer Temperaturgrad eignet sich zum Braten, Grillen oder Braten. ACHTUNG! Die programmierte Temperatur ist die der Glasplatte und nicht die Temperatur in der Pfanne!

Timer einstellen · Nach der Einstellung von Leistung oder Temperatur zum Ga-
ren können Sie die Timer-Einstellung wählen. Zum Aktivieren die Timer-Taste (2) drücken. Die Kontrolllampe (2) leuchtet. · Verwenden Sie die Einstelltaste für die Erhöhung (3) oder Verringerung (5), um die Garzeit zu erhöhen oder zu verringern (Bereich: 0 min ~ 180 min). Die Standardeinstellung ist 0 min. · Wenn der Timer eingestellt ist, wird er automatisch innerhalb von 5 Sekunden gespeichert. Das Gerät startet dann den Betrieb. Die verbleibende Zeit und die Leistungs-/Temperatureinstellung werden abwechselnd auf dem Display angezeigt (4). · Das Gerät wechselt in den Standby-Modus, wenn die eingestellte Zeit abgelaufen ist. · Wenn die eingestellte Zeit manuell auf ,,0 min” reduziert wird, wechselt das Gerät sofort in den Standby-Modus. VOORZICHTIGHEID! RISICO OP BRANDWONDEN!

HETE OPPERVLAKKEN! De temperatuur van de toe-

gankelijke oppervlakken kan tijdens gebruik zeer hoog

zijn. Raak alleen het bedieningspaneel, de handgrepen, scha-

kelaars, timerknoppen of temperatuurregelknoppen aan.

· Er is een equipotentiaalvereffeningsterminal voorzien om dwarsvereffening met andere apparatuur mogelijk te maken.
· Als het netsnoer beschadigd is, moet het worden vervangen door de fabrikant, diens servicemonteur of gelijkwaardig gekwalificeerde personen om gevaar te voorkomen. (Vaste voe- NL dingskabel aan de binnenkant, maar kan worden vervangen)
· WAARSCHUWING! Vet en olie worden tijdens bedrijf erg heet. Pas hier op.
· Gebruik alleen kookgerei van het aanbevolen type en de aanbevolen maat. (Zie —> Geschikte kookapparatuur).
· Metalen voorwerpen zoals messen, vorken, lepels en deksels mogen niet op de verwarmingsplaat worden geplaatst, omdat ze heet kunnen worden.
· Installeer het apparaat niet in de buurt van voorwerpen en apparaten die kunnen worden beïnvloed door een magnetisch veld, zoals tv’s, radio’s, bankkaarten en creditcards.
· WAARSCHUWING! Schakel het apparaat uit als het verwarmingsoppervlak gebarsten of beschadigd is, om de kans op elektrische schokken te voorkomen.
· Plaats geen aluminiumfolie en plastic vaten op hete oppervlakken.
· De oppervlakken mogen niet worden gebruikt voor opslag. · Houd er bij het bedienen van het apparaat rekening mee dat
ringen, horloges of soortgelijke voorwerpen die de gebruiker draagt heet kunnen worden wanneer ze te dicht bij het verwarmingsoppervlak liggen. · Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat niet in de buurt van waterdamp of vettige dampen wordt geïnstalleerd. De ventilator van het apparaat absorbeert deze dampen, waardoor het apparaat vet of vocht ophoopt. Dit kan leiden tot kortsluiting in het apparaat. Beoogd gebruik
· Dit apparaat is bedoeld voor gebruik in commerciële apparaten, bijvoorbeeld in keukens van restaurants, kantines, ziekenhuizen en in commerciële ondernemingen zoals bakkerijen, slagerijen, enz., maar niet voor continue massaproductie van voedsel.
· Het apparaat is ontworpen voor het koken van een verscheidenheid aan gerechten via het verwarmen van het geschikte kookgerei. Elk ander gebruik kan leiden tot schade aan het apparaat of persoonlijk letsel.
· Gebruik van het apparaat voor andere doeleinden wordt beschouwd als misbruik van het apparaat. De gebruiker is als enige aansprakelijk voor onjuist gebruik van het apparaat.

Aarding installatie
Dit apparaat is geclassificeerd als beschermingsklasse I en moet worden aangesloten op een beschermende aarding. Aarding vermindert het risico op elektrische schokken door een ontsnappingsdraad voor de elektrische stroom te leveren. Dit apparaat is uitgerust met een netsnoer met aardingsstek-

Voorbereiding voor gebruik e
· Verwijder alle beschermende verpakkingen en wikkels. · Controleer of het apparaat in goede staat verkeert en alle
accessoires heeft. Neem in geval van onvolledige of beschadigde levering onmiddellijk contact op met de leverancier. Gebruik het apparaat in dit geval niet. · Reinig de accessoires en het apparaat voor gebruik (zie ==> Reiniging en onderhoud). · Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat volledig droog is. · Plaats het apparaat op een horizontaal, stabiel en hittebestendig oppervlak dat veilig is tegen waterspatten. · Bewaar de verpakking als u van plan bent uw apparaat in de toekomst op te bergen. · Bewaar de gebruikershandleiding voor toekomstig gebruik. OPMERKING! Vanwege productieresten kan het apparaat tijdens de eerste paar keer gebruik een lichte geur afgeven. Dit is normaal en duidt niet op een defect of gevaar. Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat goed geventileerd is.
Bedieningsinstructies
· Plaats een geschikte pan of pan in het midden van het verwarmingsoppervlak van het apparaat. (Zie –> Geschikte kookapparatuur).
Opmerking: Plaats geen lege pan, omdat dit de pan en het apparaat kan beschadigen. · Sluit de stekker aan op een geschikt stopcontact. De aan/
stand-by-toets (1) gaat branden en het apparaat staat nu in de stand-bymodus. · Schakel het apparaat vervolgens in door op de Aan/stand-bytoets (1) te drukken en de aan/uit-toets (6) knippert. · Druk vervolgens op de aan/uit-knop (6) of de temperatuurknop (7) om te beginnen met koken. Als de timerknop (2) niet is ingesteld, werkt het apparaat continu. · Zodra u klaar bent met koken, schakelt u over naar de stand-bymodus door op de Aan/stand-by-knop (1) te drukken. Het digitale display (4) en alle knoppen gaan uit, behalve de Aan/Standby-knop (1). Opmerking: Als er gedurende 2 uur geen knop op het bedieningspaneel wordt ingedrukt, schakelt het apparaat automatisch over naar de stand-bymodus.
Vermogensniveau instellen · Druk tijdens de werking op de aan/uit-knop (6) om te active-
ren. Het indicatielampje (6) gaat branden. · Gebruik de instelling voor verhogen (3) of verlagen (5) om het
vermogensniveau te verhogen of te verlagen (bereik: 100W ~ 3.500 W). De standaardinstelling is 100W. Een hoger vermogensniveau is geschikt voor stomen.

Temperatuurniveau instellen · Druk tijdens de werking op de temperatuurknop (7) om te
activeren. Het indicatielampje (7) gaat branden. · Gebruik de instelling voor verhogen (3) of verlagen (5) om het
temperatuurniveau te verhogen of te verlagen (Bereik: 35 °C ~ 240 °C). De standaardinstelling is 100°C. Een hogere temperatuur is geschikt voor braden, grillen of bakken. AANDACHT! De geprogrammeerde temperatuur is die van de glasplaat en niet die van de pan!

Timer instellen · Na de vermogens- of temperatuurinstelling voor het koken
kunt u kiezen voor de timerinstelling. Druk op de timerknop (2) om te activeren. Het indicatielampje (2) gaat branden. · Gebruik de instelling voor verhogen (3) of verlagen (5) om de bereidingstijd te verlengen of te verkorten (Bereik: 0 min ~ 180 min). De standaardinstelling is 0 min. · Als de timer is ingesteld, wordt deze binnen 5 seconden automatisch opgeslagen. Het apparaat zal dan in werking treden. De resterende tijd en de vermogensinstelling/temperatuurinstelling worden afwisselend op het display weergegeven (4). · Het apparaat gaat in de stand-bymodus als de ingestelde tijd is verstreken. · Als de ingestelde tijd handmatig wordt verkort tot “0 min”, gaat het apparaat onmiddellijk naar de stand-bymodus. Opmerking: 1. Houd de knop voor het verhogen van de instelling (3) of de
knop voor het verlagen van de instelling (5) ingedrukt voor een snelle aanpassing. 2. Na een langere gebruiksperiode is het normaal dat de koelventilator binnenin enige tijd in stand-bymodus blijft draaien. Wacht voordat u de stekker van het apparaat uit het stopcontact haalt tot de koelventilator stopt met werken. 3. Het oppervlak van het apparaat is nog steeds heet na het overschakelen naar de stand-bymodus. Wacht volledig afgekoeld voordat u het aanraakt.

Reiniging en onderhoud
· AANDACHT! Koppel het apparaat altijd los van de voeding en koel het af voordat u het opbergt, reinigt en onderhoudt.
· Gebruik geen waterstraal of stoomreiniger voor het reinigen en duw het apparaat niet onder water, omdat de onderdelen nat worden en er een elektrische schok kan ontstaan.
· Als het apparaat niet in een goede staat van reiniging wordt gehouden, kan dit een negatieve invloed hebben op de levensduur 0van het apparaat en leiden tot een gevaarlijke situatie.
· Voedselresten moeten regelmatig worden gereinigd en uit het apparaat worden verwijderd. Als het apparaat niet goed wordt gereinigd, verkort dit de levensduur en kan dit leiden tot een gevaarlijke situatie tijdens het gebruik.
Reiniging · Reinig het gekoelde buitenoppervlak met een doek of spons
die licht bevochtigd is met een milde zeepoplossing. · Om redenen van hygiëne moet het apparaat voor en na ge-
bruik worden gereinigd. · Vermijd contact van water met de elektrische componenten. · Dompel het apparaat nooit onder in water of andere vloei-
stoffen. · Gebruik nooit agressieve reinigingsmiddelen, schuursponzen
of reinigingsmiddelen die chloor bevatten. Gebruik voor het reinigen geen staalwol, metalen keukengerei of scherpe of puntige voorwerpen. Gebruik geen benzine of oplosmiddelen! · Geen enkel onderdeel is vaatwasmachinebestendig.
Onderhoud · Controleer regelmatig de werking van het apparaat om ern-
stige ongevallen te voorkomen. · Als u ziet dat het apparaat niet goed werkt of dat er een pro-
bleem is, stop dan met het gebruik, schakel het uit en neem contact op met de leverancier. · Alle onderhouds-, installatie- en reparatiewerkzaamheden moeten worden uitgevoerd door gespecialiseerde en bevoegde technici, of worden aanbevolen door de fabrikant.
Transport en opslag · Zorg er vóór opslag altijd voor dat het apparaat is losgekop-
peld van de stroomtoevoer en volledig is afgekoeld. · Bewaar het apparaat op een koele, schone en droge plaats. · Plaats nooit zware voorwerpen op het apparaat, omdat dit het
kan beschadigen. · Verplaats het apparaat niet terwijl het in bedrijf is. Koppel het
apparaat tijdens het verplaatsen los van de voeding en houd het aan de onderkant vast.

Installation de mise à la terre
Cet appareil est classé en classe de protection I et doit être raccordé à une terre de protection. La mise à la terre réduit le risque de choc électrique en fournissant un fil de fuite pour le courant électrique. Cet appareil est équipé d’un cordon d’alimentation avec fiche de mise à la terre ou de connexions électriques avec fil de mise à la terre. Les connexions doivent être correctement installées et mises à la terre.

Préparation avant utilisation
· Retirez tous les emballages et emballages de protection. · Vérifiez que l’appareil est en bon état et avec tous les ac-
cessoires. En cas de livraison incomplète ou endommagée, veuillez contacter immédiatement le fournisseur. Dans ce cas, n’utilisez pas l’appareil. · Nettoyez les accessoires et l’appareil avant utilisation (voir ==> Nettoyage et entretien). · Assurez-vous que l’appareil est complètement sec. · Placez l’appareil sur une surface horizontale, stable et résistante à la chaleur, sans risque d’éclaboussures d’eau. · Conservez l’emballage si vous avez l’intention de ranger votre appareil à l’avenir. · Conserver le manuel d’utilisation pour référence ultérieure. NOTE! En raison des résidus de fabrication, l’appareil peut émettre une légère odeur lors des premières utilisations. Cela est normal et n’indique aucun défaut ou danger. Assurez-vous que l’appareil est bien ventilé.
Mode d’emploi
· Placez une poêle ou une casserole appropriée au centre de la surface chauffante de l’appareil. (Voir –> Équipement de cuisson adapté).
Remarque : Ne placez pas de casserole vide, car cela pourrait endommager la casserole et l’appareil. · Branchez la fiche d’alimentation à une prise d’alimentation
électrique appropriée. La touche Marche/Veille (1) s’allume et l’appareil est maintenant en mode Veille. · Mettez ensuite l’appareil sous tension en appuyant sur la touche Marche/Veille (1) et la touche Marche/Arrêt (6) clignotera. · Ensuite, appuyez sur le bouton d’alimentation (6) ou sur le bouton de température (7) pour commencer la cuisson. Si le bouton de la minuterie (2) n’est pas réglé, l’appareil fonctionnera en continu. · Une fois la cuisson terminée, passer en mode Veille en appuyant sur le bouton Marche/Veille (1). L’affichage numérique (4) et tous les boutons s’éteignent, sauf le bouton Marche/ Veille (1). Remarque : Si aucune touche du bandeau de commande n’est enfoncée pendant 2 heures, l’appareil passe automatiquement en mode Veille.

Réglage du niveau de puissance · Pendant le fonctionnement, appuyer sur le bouton d’alimen-
tation (6) pour l’activer. Le voyant (6) s’allume. · Utilisez le bouton de réglage d’augmentation (3) ou de dimi-
nution (5) pour augmenter ou diminuer le niveau de puissance (plage : 100W à 3500 W). Le réglage par défaut est 100W. Un niveau de puissance plus élevé est adapté à la vapeur.

Réglage du niveau de température

· Pendant le fonctionnement, appuyer sur le bouton de tempé-

rature (7) pour l’activer. Le voyant (7) s’allume.

· Utilisez le bouton de réglage d’augmentation (3) ou de dimi-

nution (5) pour augmenter ou diminuer le niveau de tempé-

rature (plage : 35 °C à 240 °C). Le réglage par défaut est 100

°C. Un niveau de température plus élevé convient pour rôtir,

griller ou frire.

ATTENTION! La température programmée est celle de la

plaque de verre et non la température dans la poêle !

Réglage du minuteur · Après le réglage de la puissance ou de la température pour
la cuisson, vous pouvez opter pour le réglage du minuteur. Appuyer sur le bouton du minuteur (2) pour l’activer. Le voyant (2) s’allume. · Utilisez le bouton de réglage d’augmentation (3) ou de diminution (5) pour augmenter ou diminuer le temps de cuisson (plage : 0 min ~ 180 min). Le paramètre par défaut est 0 min. · Lorsque le minuteur est réglé, il est stocké automatiquement dans les 5 secondes. L’appareil se met alors en marche. Il affiche le temps restant et le réglage de puissance/température en alternance sur l’affichage (4). · L’appareil passe en mode Veille lorsque la durée réglée est écoulée. · Si la durée réglée est réduite à « 0 min » manuellement, l’appareil passe instantanément en mode Veille. Remarque : 1. Appuyer et maintenir enfoncé le bouton de réglage d’aug-
mentation (3) ou le bouton de réglage de diminution (5) pour un réglage rapide. 2. Après une période de fonctionnement prolongée, il est normal que le ventilateur de refroidissement à l’intérieur continue à fonctionner en mode Veille pendant un certain temps. Avant de débrancher l’appareil, attendez que le ventilateur de refroidissement cesse de fonctionner. 3. La surface de l’appareil est encore chaude après le passage en mode Veille. Attendez que le produit refroidisse complètement avant de le toucher.

Istruzioni operative
· Collocare una pentola o una padella idonea al centro della superficie riscaldante dell’apparecchiatura. (Vedere –> Attrezzature di cottura adatte).
Nota: Non posizionare la vaschetta vuota in quanto ciò potrebbe danneggiare la vaschetta e l’apparecchiatura. · Collegare la spina di alimentazione a una presa di alimen-
tazione elettrica idonea. Il tasto On/Standby (1) si accende e l’apparecchiatura è ora in modalità Standby. · Quindi, accendere l’apparecchiatura premendo il tasto On/ Standby (1) e il tasto di accensione (6) lampeggeranno. · Quindi, scegliere di premere il pulsante di accensione (6) o il pulsante della temperatura (7) per iniziare la cottura. Impostazione del livello di temperatura · Durante il funzionamento, premere il pulsante della tempera-
tura (7) per attivarlo. La spia (7) si accende. · Utilizzare il pulsante di impostazione dell’aumento (3) o
dell’abbassamento (5) per aumentare o diminuire il livello di temperatura (intervallo: 35 °C ~ 240 °C). L’impostazione predefinita è 100°C. Un livello di temperatura più elevato è adatto per arrostire, grigliare o friggere. ATTENZIONE! La temperatura programmata è quella della piastra di vetro e non la temperatura nel gastronorm!
Impostazione del timer · Dopo aver impostato la potenza o la temperatura per la cot-
tura, è possibile scegliere l’impostazione del timer. Premere il tasto timer (2) per attivare. La spia (2) si accende. · Utilizzare il pulsante di impostazione di aumento (3) o di riduzione (5) per aumentare o diminuire il tempo di cottura (intervallo: 0 min ~ 180 min). L’impostazione predefinita è 0 min. · Quando il timer è impostato, verrà memorizzato automaticamente entro 5 secondi. L’apparecchiatura inizierà quindi a funzionare.
