User Guide

1. With the switch in the OFF position, plug the power cord into an AC 120-V outlet.
2. Place desired attachment head on the massager. Attachments easily twist on and off. Turn the head counter-clockwise to remove. Place the head on the stem and turn it clockwise until secure to add.
3. Begin at the lowest speed setting. Gradually increase to desired massage speed by rolling the dial toward the top of the massager. Roll the dial toward the bottom of the massager to decrease speed.
4. Apply the massager to the targeted area, using continual movement. A circular motion is often the most effective. See MASSAGE TECHNIQUES.

Massage Techniques

• NOTE: This is an aggressive percussion massager and should not be used on the face, head, or upper neck areas.
• SHOULDERS AND NECK: Massage out from the spine to the shoulder.
• ARMS: Start at the biceps and shoulders, and move down the arm, using a circular motion. Finish with a gentle massage of the palms and fingers.
• LEGS: If desired, massage the bottoms of the feet. Then, using a circular motion, massage each leg from the calf up and over the thigh.
• CHEST: Massage from the center of the chest outward, and up toward each shoulder.
• BACK: Massage from the top of the spine to the bottom, and from the center outward.
• ABDOMEN: Relax abdominal muscles by massaging from the center outward, using a gentle, circular motion.
• JOINTS: Relieve tired, aching knees and elbows with smooth, circular strokes, being careful not to massage on or over bones.

1. This appliance should never be left unattended when plugged in. Unplug from the outlet when not in use, and before putting on or taking off parts.
2. Do not operate this appliance under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
3. Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on, or near children or disabled persons.
4. This massager contains an electromagnetic motor. To avoid the risk of injury, it must not be used within six inches of an implantable cardiac device.
5. Use heated surfaces carefully. May cause serious burns. Do not use over sensitive skin areas or in the presence of poor circulation. The unattended use of heat by children or incapacitated persons may be dangerous.
6. Never apply the frozen gel pack directly to the skin as the direct application may cause frostbite. Never apply the heated gel pack directly to the skin as the direct application may cause burns.
7. The gel pack and contents are safe when used as directed. If the gel pack is accidentally punctured or tears, discontinue using it immediately. If the gel comes in contact with the skin, wash it with soap and water. If the skin becomes irritated or if the gel enters the eyes or mouth, contact a physician immediately. Keep the gel pack out of reach of children and pets to avoid risks posed if the gel pack is punctured or torn.
8. Check local laws and regulations for proper disposal of the gel pack.
9. Use this appliance only for its intended use, as described in this manual. Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
10. Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plugs if it is not working properly if it has been dropped or damaged, or dropped into water. Return to Wahl for examination and repair.
11. Do not carry this appliance by supply cord or use the cord as a handle.
12. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
13. Never drop or insert any object into any opening on this appliance.
14. Do not use outdoors.
15. Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
16. In case of pregnancy, diabetes, or illness, consult your physician before using this massager.
17. Do not use a massager on:
    • a. Sensitive skin, swollen or inflamed areas, in the presence of poor circulation, on insensitive skin, where skin eruptions are present, or in the presence of unexplained calf or abdominal pain.
    • b. Varicose veins.
    • c. The front of the neck.
    • d. Genital areas.
    • e. Sleeping or unconscious persons.
18. When using a massage attachment, make sure it is properly secured onto the stem, and keep it on while massaging.
19. Do not use damaged attachments. Discontinue the use of attachments if cracked or broken. May cause injury to the skin.
20. Do not use this massager for more than 20 minutes in any one area.
21. To disconnect, turn all controls to the OFF position, then remove the plug from the outlet.
22. Do not use a massager in close proximity to loose clothing or jewelry.
23. Keep long hair away from massager while in use.

If your Wahl product fails to operate satisfactorily within two (2) years from the date of original purchase or receipt as a gift, Wahl will, at our option, repair or replace it and return it to you FREE OF CHARGE. 1. The product is modified in any manner or repaired by anyone other than Wahl Clipper Corporation or Wahl authorized service center.
2. The product has been used commercially or subjected to unreasonable use. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
