Soul X-Shock True wireless earbuds are the best companion for workouts. They come with a number of excellent features ranging from auto-pairing to excellent battery life. These TWS earbuds are waterproof allowing them to withstand sweat and light rain. This makes it suitable to be used during exercising and running. They come with an LED indicator.

These earbuds feature a comfortable design and provide a nice fit for the ears. They use Bluetooth version 4.2 for connection with your devices. This provides a smooth and stable connection. They can also feature noise isolation which allows you to have an immersive audio experience. Another notable feature of these earbuds is voice control. They support Siri and Google Assistant. They come with a charging case and have a battery capacity of 3000mAh providing a battery life of about 60 hours.

CHARGING

EARPHONES

1. Earphones must be fully charged by using the charging box before the first time usage
2. LEO indicator will be in white when charging and turn OFF when is fully charged
3. Low Satiety: White light on the earphones will be every 7sec and “Low battery” message will be announced every 1 min until X-SHOCK is out of battery

AUTO PAIRING

SOUL X-SHOCK has auto-pairing function

1. Take out both earph0fl8S from the charging box
2. Put on the earphones and follow the instruction:

Power ON (L&R) > Connected (L&R) > Left Channel (L) > Right Channel (R) > Pairing (L)

3. Open the Bluetooth list on your smartphone and select SOUL X-SHOCK, then you will hear “Pairing successful” and “Second device connected” from the left earphone.

HEADSET MODE

If you want to use SOUL X-SHOCK as a headset:

1. The left earphone (master) is ready to use once auto-pairing is completed
2. If you would like to set up the right earphone as a headset, press hold the right earphone until it turns ON again, keep holding for another 4sec and you will hear “Pairing”
3. Open the BluetooU1 list on your smartphone arid select SOUL X-SHOCK, then you will hear “Pairing successful”

OPERATION

1. Put your earphones in the charging box to power OFF
2. Tako out your earphones from the Charging box to power ON
3. If the earphones do not connect with your- smartphone in 10m, SOUL X-SHOCK will turn off automatically

NOTE

1. The sweat resistance performance of your earphones is based on measurements stated in this manual. Malfunctions as a result by misuse by the customer are not covered by the warranty.
2. It is recommended to dry off the device for 24 hours in a dry environment before charging after exposure to water or sweat.

When washing the ear pieces, do not let the water gets inside. If this happens, hold the earphones as shown and pat 10-20 times to remove the water. Place a dry cloth underneath the earphones for 2-3 hours.

Risk Of Explosion Increases If Battery Is Replaced By An Incorrect Type. Dispose of Used Batteries According To The instructors.

• Only Left Earbud is able to connect to Smartphone, why?
  Please be understanding that it can be caused by an insufficient automated pairing on both earbud sides. Before connecting the X-SHOCK to your smartphone, you must wait for the successful connection of both earbud sides. Please remove the current “X-SHOCK” from your Bluetooth list and restart the connection process to fix this issue.
• Do all of the features work on android?
  Yes, all the features work on Android.
• I have small ears, are they small ears friendly?
  Yes, they come with different-sized ear tips and can be used for smaller ears as well.
• How long does it take to recharge the buds once it says power low?
  It takes about 1 hour to 1.5 hours to charge the earbuds completely.
• Can this last underwater for more than an hour or so?
  No, they can’t.
• Do these have an app that goes with the earbuds?
