How to Pair
- On your iPhone, press Settings > General > Bluetooth.
- If Bluetooth is turned Off, tap to turn it On. …
- Place your Bluetooth headset into pairing mode.
- When you see your Plantronics device name, tap it to pair and connect.
Care and Maintenance
- Unplug all cables from the device.
- Spray medicinal isopropyl alcohol and water solution of 70:30 onto a clean, dry, microfiber cloth, making sure to not oversaturate the cloth.
- Gently wipe the fabric and surrounding areas.
- Let the fabric and surrounding areas air-dry completely before reconnecting any cables.

Remove the phone’s battery if at all possible. Restart the phone’s battery. Reconnect the headset to your phone. Try pairing the headset with a different cell phone if the problem persists.
Bluetooth on your device should be enabled. Switch on the headset. The headset’s light should begin to alternately flash red and blue. Go to the Bluetooth menu on your smartphone and look for (or add) a device. Enter 0000 when prompted for a passkey (four zeros).
Start by turning OFF your headset, then press and hold the call control/power button until you see a red and blue LED flash. The Plantronics Bluetooth headset will be listed as “PLT” followed by the model name when you turn on Bluetooth on your phone and search for new devices.
The call control button should be momentarily pressed to accept or reject a call. There is no need to push the call control button while placing a call; simply input the desired number on your phone, hit submit, and the call will be immediately transferred to your headset.
When you hear an incoming call, you can either: Press the headset call button. Select the ringing line by pressing the button on the base. You must manually remove the desk phone handset before each call if you don’t have remote call control via a lifter (HL10) or cable (EHS).
When you turn on the headset and at the conclusion of each call, you’ll hear how much speak time is left. In between calls, check the battery’s charge: Choose Voice Recognition from the menu. Say “Check battery” after the voice prompt “Say a command.”
Your call control is the black button on the rear of the microphone boom arm. You can use this button to answer or end calls when your phone rings because your headset will beep. The Plantronics Bluetooth pairing feature is also activated by pressing the same button.
Press the on button on your Plantronics headset after removing it from the charging base. Your business phone will have a headset button on the face. To answer or end your phone calls, use the headset button.
You’ll visit the Calls screen in Teams to see if there are any missed calls or brand-new voicemails. Hit the Answer/End call button to respond. Hold down the Answer/End call button on your headset for a few seconds. To open the Teams window, click the Microsoft Teams button.
Please be aware that calling from a headset cannot be transferred. You must utilise the buttons on the phone handset to do operations like phone transfers and call holding; as a result, you must return to your desk to complete these tasks.
Lengthen or shorten the band to make the headband fit more comfortably. Place the headset so that the foam ear cushion is over your ear in a comfortable position. Gently pull the opposite end of the headset inward as shown for a tighter fit.
Press and hold the call control button to turn on the headset until the headset status indicator becomes blue. When the power comes on, you will hear a beep if you are wearing the headset. When the headset is powered on, the status indicator will flash blue every 6 seconds.
Slow blinking signifies that the headset is on and ready for usage. Rapid blinking – There is absolutely no connection between the headset and the base station. Every time the base station loses power, this will happen. Please reset the headset using the instructions in the link above if it occurs when the base station is powered.
These headsets are easily charged by sliding them into the charging base while making sure the amber light (located on the base’s left side) starts flashing. The headset is fully charged when the amber light turns solid.
Hold down the Call button while listening for “pairing.” Set Bluetooth on your phone to search for new devices when the headset LEDs are flashing blue and red. When a pair is completed successfully, indicator lights turn off and the phrase “pairing successful” is audible.
