HOW TO USE
- The cord may be stowed in Safety Can Express for shipment. If so, pull the cord out from the back of the unit. Use only the amount needed so as to not cause any tripping hazards. Plug unit into outlet.

- Pull the lever completely up, to the unlocked position.

- Place the can against the front of the can opener and while holding it in place, push down the lever.

- Hold the lever down. Safety Can Express will “lock” into place and rotate to open cans. Remain near but do not hold the can while rotating.NOTE: Remain alert when opening oversized or heavy cans to ensure that Safety Can Express does not tip over.

- Pull the lever up to “unlock” and stop rotation. Carefully remove the can so as not to spill contents. A motor will switch to a higher-pitched sound when the can is open. Lift the lid carefully to open. Unplug the unit once finished with the lever still in the unlocked/Off position. With the lever still in the unlocked/Off position, unplug the unit once finished.

WARNING
Stop the can opener immediately after 1 rotation but WILL NOT automatically stop or lift the lid. The motor will switch to a higher-pitched sound when the can is open. Failure to comply or misuse could result in forming sharp metal slivers that may cause injury if touched or ingested.
