MOUNTING THE MUSICAL SPEAKER
Carefully select a position in the engine compartment that will keep the speaker and the electronics dry. Equally as important, protect the plastic speaker housing by not allowing it to come in contact with hot engine parts.
With the mounting position located, use the musical speaker as a template, and mark the location of the four mounting holes. Drill 4 holes using a 7/32 drill bit. Remove the mounting bracket from the speaker and fasten the bracket to the vehicle using the hardware provided. Secure the speaker to the mounting bracket, tilting speaker housing slightly downward to prevent water from collecting in speaker cone.
WIRING
Music Time ™ will be ready to work after making only two electrical connections. Connect the fuse wire to any electrical circuit that is powered when the ignition is ”on”. Secure the wire with the ring terminal under a speaker mounting bolt or to any convenient body bolt.
CONTROLLER
Four buttons on the key chain transmitter provides Music Time™ with full control of all sound functions.
Button functions: The “Large” button turns the system on and off. “Red and Blue” buttons select songs, and volume button adjusts the sound level.

WARRANTY
Wolo Manufacturing Corporation (“Wolo”) warranties to the original purchaser, for three months from the date of pur-chase, that this product is free from defects in workmanship and materials. If there is such a proven defect, Wolo, at its option, will either repair or replace the item free of charge, if it is returned to Wolo within three months from the date of purchase together with proof of purchase as described below. Wolo reserves the right to inspect any defect prior to settling any warranty claim by repair or replacement. This warranty is limited as above provided and Wolo will not be responsible for fire or other casualty or accident, due to neglect, abuse, abnormal use, modifications, faulty installation of this product, or natural causes.

Squeezing the rubber bulb that is fastened to the metal horn causes it to work. A steel reed that is situated in the horn’s throat forces the air out when the bulb is squeezed. As a result, the throat vibrates and emits one note.
Vehicles with electronic horns emit warning signals produced by an electrical circuit. To generate the fundamental frequency and cause the diaphragm to vibrate, a solenoid is magnetised and demagnetized. As a result, there is high pressure created, which travels into the trumpet horn and produces music.
The required components are included in HornBlasters, which also offers wiring instructions and a diagram. Additionally, the wiring process takes about 1-2 hours.
Using an electromagnet or solenoid and a thin metal disc, it generates sound electronically. The solenoid applies force to the metal disc as soon as it is activated or electrified by the button. A loud vehicle sound known as horns is produced as a consequence of this operation.

Determine the power side of the circuit and test it in accordance with your car’s manual. Set your metre to the volts setting to check for electricity. Put one metre lead on the (+) pin of the horn connector and the other on ground. Battery voltage should be shown on your metre.

The electronic component that is a part of the car’s horn circuit is called the horn relay. It acts as the relay for the circuit that powers the car’s horn. The horn’s power circuit is finished when current is applied to the relay, enabling the horn to work and ring.
A conventional automotive horn is composed of a flexible metal diaphragm, typically made of spring steel, an electromagnet formed by a coil of wire, a switch, and a housing that resembles a megaphone.
Quickly touch the other end of the clamp to the positive battery connection after attaching one clamp to the horn’s terminal. The horn won’t work if the fuse blows. If the horn clicks, there might not be a good ground connection, which would cause the issue. Try re-powering the horn after cleaning the ground connection.
Your horn needs two terminals so that the electricity may operate it without needing to be grounded. It must be grounded if it just has one contact point in order to make a complete circuit. It is simple to check the horn’s functionality using jumper wires and battery power.
