Product Usage Instructions

To use the MINI Processor (ABOX 1004N) effectively, follow these
instructions:

  1. Ensure the device is connected to a suitable power supply with
    DC12V.
  2. Connect your audio sources to the appropriate input channels,
    either MIC or LINE.
  3. Adjust the input gain according to your requirements using the
    provided 7-level control.
  4. If using condenser microphones, activate the phantom power by
    setting it to 48V.
  5. Monitor the audio output levels and adjust the amplification
accordingly. The maximum output levels are MIC Channel 18dBu and
    LINE Channel 24dBu.
  6. For optimal audio quality, ensure the input and output
impedance are balanced and set within the specified ranges.
  7. To minimize background noise, keep the device away from
    electromagnetic interference sources.
  8. When connecting multiple audio sources, maintain channel
isolation to avoid interference by adjusting the settings as
    needed.
  9. The MINI Processor supports a sampling frequency of 48KHz,
providing accurate audio reproduction across the audible
    range.
  10. For reference, refer to the provided dimensions (WxDxH) to
determine the appropriate placement for your setup.
  11. To measure the Total Harmonic Distortion + Noise (THD +N), use
the specified input levels (MIC Channel 4dBu, LINE Channel
    4dBu).
  12. Take advantage of the wide dynamic range (114dB) for clear and
    detailed audio output.
  13. If using A-weighted measurement, refer to the EIN values at
1KHz and 80Hz to assess the device’s noise performance.
  14. Ensure the power consumption remains within the rated limit of
    100W to avoid any issues.
