PT800 Trolleys

Thank you for choosing Kraftwerk. We recommend that you take some time to get to know your tool trolley by reading this manual. The more that you know about your tool trolley, the greater the safety and pleasure you will get from working with it.
Note: This manual describes product features and options available throughout the range of available models, sometimes even before they are generally available. It may describe options not fitted to the tool trolley you have purchased.

Assembly
- Caster installation (figure 1 )
Turn the tool trolley downside-up. Caution! Do not lift the entire trolley on the handle! If required, use a helping hand to tip the trolley on the cardboard.. Use the cardboard packaging on the floor to prevent the trolley of getting scratched or damaged.
Assemble the caster wheels with brakes on the handle side, each with 4 x delivered M8 screws. Follow the same steps for the fixed wheels on the handle-opposite side. Tighten the screws with ~ 24 Nm.
- Maintenance and additional info
Perdiodically [twice a year) tighten all hardware as well as lubrication of ball – bearing-rails
Lubricate the lock with graphite grease - In case of necessity to remove a drawer, open the drawer completely and press the plastic levers on each side as shown in the picture, and carefully tear the drawer out. When reinstalling, please pay attention not to skew the drawer to prevent the ball bearing rails of getting damaged.
