Instructions for Installation and Care of
Arctic Cat Wildcat XX
Tinted Polycarbonate Roof

- Carefully open the carton and remove the protective masking on a large flat surface that is clean and free of dirt or other material that may soil or scratch roof.
- Check over the parts included in the carton with the parts list shown below:
1 ½” Wide Adhesive Padding 3 each 35” long 1 ¼” SS Bolts 6 each SS Lock Nuts 6 each 1 ¾” Loom Clamps 4 each Large SS Washers 6 each Large Rubber Washers 6 each a. Begin by installing the adhesive padding down the sides and middle bars of the vehicle. The padding goas on top of the bars as shown in the photo below:
b. Now remove all the protective film from the roof and place it on the vehicle
c. Start by taking two of the bolts, large washer, rubber washer and lock nuts and placing them in the front corner of the roof. They will go through the roof and then holes in the corner brace of the roll cage. See photo below
Then take the loom clamps and wrap them around the roll cage where the 4 other holes are in the roof and put the bolts and washers through the roof to attach it to the roll cage.
Now you are ready to take it out and enjoy. To clean the roof, always clean using a liquid of some sort to decrease the chance of scratches. We recommend using microfiber
cloths that are readily available at any dollar store. Any window cleaner will work fine; just remember to use a soft clean rag or micro-fiber cloth to clean it.
b. Now remove all the protective film from the roof and place it on the vehicle
