ACTIVATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Submerge in clean water for 1-2 minutes or until desired weight is achieved.
- Remove and blot dry.
NOTE: Vest will remain hydrated for several hours. - Maybe reactivated by submerging in water as needed.

SIZING
To determine proper size, wrap the tape measure around the widest part of your chest (under your arms), completely around your torso.
