The product is a Cat. No. 304 Series 43-72-1000 M12TM Heated
ToughshellTM Vest. It is a heated vest designed to provide warmth
and comfort in cold weather conditions. The vest is powered by a 12
DC battery pack and features a battery controller for adjusting the
heat settings. The vest is made of ToughshellTM material, which is
durable and resistant to wear and tear.

Product Usage Instructions

WARNING: To reduce the risk of personal injury
and damage, disconnect and remove the battery pack and battery
controller from the battery holder pocket before washing. Never
immerse the battery holder, battery pack, or charger in liquid or
allow liquid to flow inside them.

To clean the heated gear, follow these steps:

Remove the battery pack and battery controller.
Push the power cord completely into the battery controller
pocket and fasten it closed.
Zip the center front zipper closed before washing.
Machine wash the vest on a Gentle Cycle in warm water. Do not
use bleach. Do not dry clean. Do not wring or twist the vest.
Tumble dry the vest on Low Heat. Do not iron.

If the product is not functioning properly, return the heated
gear, charger, and battery pack to a MILWAUKEE service facility for
repairs.

OPERATION
To turn on, press and hold (about 2 seconds) the power button. The zone will be turned to High and the LED will light. Temperature setting can be adjusted at any time by pressing the power button. Each press will cycle through the temperature settings. To turn off, press and hold (about 2 seconds) the power button. The LED will turn off. If the heated gear turns off unexpectedly, check connections and charge the battery pack. Battery controller is located inside of the pocket.

MONTAGE DE L’OUTIL

Insertion / enlèvement du bloc-piles Pour insérer la batterie, glisser le bloc-piles dans le corps de la télécommande. Veuillez s’assurer qu’il est bien inséré en place. Insérer le câble d’alimentation (dès l’intérieur de la poche de télécommande à batteries) dans le port pour câble d’alimentation pour le relier à la télécommande. Pousser le câble d’alimentation tout au fond de la poche de télécommande et utiliser les glissières pour fermer toutes les poches. Pour retirer la batterie, appuyer sur les boutons de relâchement et tirer sur le bloc-piles pour l’extraire de la télécommande.

OPÉRATION

Pour allumer, maintenez enfoncé (environ 2 secondes) le bouton d’alimentation. La zone passera à High et la LED s’allumera. Le réglage de la température peut être ajusté à tout moment en appuyant sur le bouton d’alimentation. Chaque pression fera défiler les réglages de température. Pour éteindre, maintenez enfoncé (environ 2 secondes) le bouton d’alimentation. La LED s’éteindra. Si l’engrenage chauffant s’éteint de manière inattendue, vérifiez les connexions et chargez la batterie. Le contrôleur de batterie est situé à l’intérieur de la poche.

ENTRETIEN

AVERTISSEMENT

Afin de minimiser le risque de blessures, toujours

débrancher le chargeur et retirer le bloc-piles et

la télécommande des vêtements chauffants avant

d’entreprendre des travaux d’entretien. Ne jamais

démonter les vêtements chauffants, le bloc-piles

ou le chargeur. Pour TOUTE réparation, con-

tacter un centre de service MILWAUKEE.

Si les vêtements chauffants ne démarrent pas ou ne fonctionnent pas bien une fois complètement chargé

le bloc-piles, nettoyer les contacts du bloc-piles. Si les

vêtements chauffants ne fonctionnent toujours pas bien,

les retourner ainsi que le chargeur et le bloc-piles à un centre de service MILWAUKEE aux fins de réparation.

et la télécommande de la poche porte-piles avant

de les laver. Ne jamais plonger votre porte-piles,

bloc-piles ou chargeur dans un liquide et ne lais-

Pour nettoyer les vêtements chauffants : 1. Retirer le bloc-piles et la télécommande.

2. Pousser le cordon d’alimentation tout au fond de

la poche et utiliser les glissières pour fermer toutes les poches.

3. Le laver à machine, en utilisant un cycle de lavage

doux avec de l’eau tiède. Ne pas javéliser. Ne pas

nettoyer à sec. Ne pas tordre ; ne pas tourner. 4. Sécher par culbutage à basse température. Ne

pas repasser.

SEGURIDAD EN EL ÁREA DE TRABAJO
·Mantenga limpia y bien iluminada el área de trabajo. Las áreas desordenadas u oscuras contribuyen a que se produzcan accidentes.

·No utilice las prendas calefactadas si el botón de encendido no permite encenderlas y apagarlas correctamente. Toda prenda calefactada que no pueda controlarse con el botón de encendido representa un peligro y debe repararse. ·Desconecte la batería de la prenda calefactada antes de guardarla. Esas medidas de seguridad preventivas reducen el riesgo de un encendido accidental de la prenda calefactada. ·Guárdelas fuera del alcance de los niños y no permita que ninguna persona que no esté familiarizada con estas instrucciones utilice las prendas calefactadas. Las prendas calefactadas representan un peligro en las manos de usuarios inexpertos. ·Dé mantenimiento a las prendas calefactadas. Revise que no haya piezas rotas ni ninguna otra situación que pudiera afectar el funcionamiento de las prendas calefactadas. Si presentan daños, envíe las prendas calefactadas a reparación antes de usarlas. ·Utilice las prendas calefactadas tal como se indica en estas instrucciones, tomando en cuenta las condiciones de trabajo y la tarea a realizar. El uso de prendas calefactadas en operaciones distintas a las previstas podría generar una situación peligrosa.
CUIDADO Y USO DE LA BATERÍA
·Recargue únicamente con el cargador especificado por el fabricante. Un cargador que es adecuado para un tipo de batería puede representar un riesgo de incendio si se utiliza con otra batería. ·Solo use las prendas calefactadas con las baterías diseñadas específicamente para ellas. El uso de cualquier otra batería puede generar riesgos de lesiones e incendios. ·Cuando la batería no esté en uso, manténgala alejada de otros objetos metálicos, como sujetapapeles, monedas, llaves, clavos, tornillos y cualquier otro objeto metálico pequeño que pueda formar una conexión entre las terminales. Crear un corto circuito entre las terminales de la batería podría ocasionar quemaduras o un incendio. ·En condiciones de maltrato, es posible que la batería expulse líquido; evite el contacto con dicho líquido. Si ocurre un contacto accidental, enjuague con agua. Si el líquido entra a los ojos, acuda a un médico. El líquido expulsado de la batería puede causar irritación o quemaduras.
MANTENIMIENTO
·Lleve sus prendas calefactadas a servicio con un técnico calificado que use únicamente piezas de repuesto idénticas a las originales. Esto permitirá mantener la seguridad de las prendas calefactadas.

Inserción / retiro de la batería Para insertar la batería, deslícela dentro del cuerpo del control de la batería. Asegúrese de que se fije firmemente en su lugar. Inserte el cable de alimentación (desde el interior del bolsillo) al puerto del cable de alimentación que se encuentra en el control de la batería. Empuje el cable de corriente completamente hacia adentro del bolsillo del control de baterías y utilice los cierres para cerrar todos los bolsillos. Para retirar la batería, oprima los botones de liberación y jale la batería para sacarla del control.

Si la chaqueta con calefacción incorporada de todos modos no funciona correctamente, lleve la chaqueta con calefacción incorporada, el cargador y la batería a una instalación de servicio MILWAUKEE para que los reparen.

Cada PRENDA CALEFACTADA de MILWAUKEE (con el soporte/controlador de la batería) está garantizados solo para el comprador original de que no tenga material y mano de obra defectuosos. Con algunas excepciones, MILWAUKEE reparará o reemplazará cualquier parte de una prenda calefactada que tenga defectos de material o mano de obra según lo determine MILWAUKEE mediante una revisión, por un periodo de un (1) año* después de la fecha de compra. Devuelva la prenda calefactada al Centro de Servicio de la fábrica de MILWAUKEE con el flete prepagado y asegurado. Se debe incluir una copia del comprobante de compra con el producto devuelto. Esta garantía no aplica a daños que MILWAUKEE determine que son por reparaciones o intentos realizados por una persona que no sea personal de MILWAUKEE, uso indebido, alteraciones, maltrato, desgaste normal o accidentes.

*Esta garantía no cubre una batería M12TM LITHIUM-ION, un cargador M12TM o una batería REDLITHIUMTM USB; son garantías separadas y distintas disponibles para estos productos.
