A 12″ balloon can be inflated in around 2 seconds, or 100 balloons may be inflated in less than 30 minutes. Added bonus: 100 Party Zealot balloon ties are included. comes packaged in a retail box measuring 7.8 by 6 by 4.7 inches. Although it is about the size of a soda pack, it weighs only 2.25 pounds. To fill the balloons with air, press the nozzle down and then release it. There’s no need for setup beforehand. It works well for blowing up balloons in round or olive shapes in sizes small to large. It’s not the best material for animal or long-tailed magic balloons, either. If you’re constructing a balloon arch or balloon column stand, you may save a ton of time by turning your endeavor into a piece of cake.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE BALLOON SIZER
- CONNECT THE RODS
Three rods and two connectors are included in the kit. The measure stickers are then assembled and attached on the rod.
- INSTALL SICK HOLDER
The holder should be put on the rod. You then fasten it.
- FOLLOW THE TRICK!
This is the secret. To secure the holder to the rod, use two thumbs.
- INSERT THE ROD INTO THE BALLOON PUMP
Place the assembled rod on the electric balloon pump once you’re done.
HOW TO USE AN ELECTRIC BALLOON PUMP
- Open the side-mounted blue lid.
- Pull the plug out.
Place the balloon’s mouth within the nozzle (the Blue Nozzle)
- To release air, press the nozzle downward.
- When the balloon is about to fill with air, lift it up.
Dual nozzles can be used to simultaneously inflate two balloons.
- Place the balloons’ mouths on each nozzle.
- To release air from the electric balloon inflator, depress the blue nozzle.

This is a very basic but well working little machine. I don’t know what you mean by 2 modes- I just slid the mouth of balloon over the thing and air blows into it. It’s not fancy but does the job!
