Important safety instructions

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

WARNING

• Do not suck up materials with sharp edges, or hot or glowing materials.
• The appliance must not be exposed to heat.
• Unplug the appliance after use and before cleaning. Pull the plug, not the power cable, to disconnect the appliance from the mains.
• Do not insert any objects into the openings. Do not use if any opening is blocked. Keep the appliance free of dust, fluff, hair, etc.
• Do not use the hoover without the dust container or dust filter in place.
• Do not vacuum up flour, cement, etc., to prevent overloading.
• The unit may only be cleaned with a dry or damp cloth; it must never be immersed in water. Do not use solvents for cleaning.
• This device is intended for domestic use only and not for commercial applications.
• Do not allow the nozzle or brush to touch the surface of the furniture.
• Do not use the power cord to carry the appliance. Do not pull the power cord over sharp edges.

Assembly

• Dust filter:
  Carefully place the dust filter in the dust container.
• Dust container:
  Attach the dust container to the handheld hoover.
• Flexible hose (optional):
  To use the flexible hose, insert the end of the hose into the suction hole. Make sure that the hose engages in the correct position.
• Accessories:
  Choose your desired accessory (brush or nozzle) and attach it to the suction hole.

Operation

• Before starting the unit, check that the dust filter is in place.
• Before starting the appliance, check that the hose is in the correct position otherwise the appliance will be mangled.
• Unwind the power cord.
• Plug the machine into the mains and switch it on.
• Remove the plug from the socket after use.

Attach the desired accessories to the hoover.

Cleaning and maintenance

• Open the dust container.
• Take out the dust filter.
• Empty the dust container.
• Wash the dust filter with cleaning water.
• Dry the dust filter.
• Assemble the hoover.

This product is guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of purchase. During this period, we will repair or exchange, free of charge, all defects which can be proven to be due to material or manufacturing faults.
