The REDLITHIUMTM USB battery and USB rechargeable light are
designed to provide power and light in a safe and efficient manner.
The battery is rechargeable via USB and can be used with the
compatible USB rechargeable light. The product is equipped with
safety features to prevent electric shock, fire, and personal
injury. It is important to follow all instructions in the user
manual to ensure safe and proper usage of the product.
Product Usage Instructions
- Read and understand all instructions provided in the user
manual before using the product. - Use only the REDLITHIUMTM USB rechargeable light with the
battery. Do not use counterfeit, aftermarket, or knockoff batteries
or chargers. - Avoid charging the battery in rain, snow, damp or wet
locations. Do not use the battery or charger in the presence of
explosive atmospheres. - Charge the battery in a well-ventilated area and do not block
charger vents. Keep smoking or open flames away from a charging
battery. - Maintain the charger cord and do not carry it by the cord. Keep
it away from heat, oil, and sharp edges. Do not use a damaged
charger. - Use only recommended attachments with the product.
- Unplug the charger before cleaning or maintenance.
- Do not burn or incinerate batteries. Dispose of damaged
batteries with rubber or neoprene gloves. - Securely contain battery packs during transport and do not use
damaged battery packs. - If the battery pack is damaged, take it to a MILWAUKEE service
facility. - Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or mouth from battery chemicals.
If exposed, wash with soap and water or seek medical
attention. - Do not short circuit the battery pack or allow fluids to flow

Use this

pack to a power supply plug or car cigarette lighter.
3. Before using the battery and light, read the operator’s manual and all
labels on the battery and light.
4. Use only with Listed/Certified ITE power supply.
5. Avoid dangerous environments. Do not charge battery in rain, snow, damp
or wet locations. Do not use battery or charger in the presence of explosive
atmospheres (gaseous fumes, dust or flammable materials) because sparks
may be generated when inserting or removing battery, possibly causing fire.
6. Charge in a well ventilated area. Do not block charger vents. Keep them
clear to allow proper ventilation. Do not allow smoking or open flames near
a charging battery. Vented gases may explode.
7. Maintain charger cord. When unplugging charger, pull plug rather than
cord. Never carry charger by its cord. Keep cord from heat, oil and sharp
edges. Make sure cord will not be stepped on, tripped over or subjected to
damage or stress. Do not use charger with damaged cord or plug. Have a
damaged charger replaced immediately.
8. Use only recommended attachments.
9. Always unplug charger before cleaning or maintenance.
10. Do not burn or incinerate batteries. Battery may explode. Toxic fumes
and materials are created when battery are burned.
11. Do not crush, drop, or damage battery pack. Always securely contain
battery packs during transport. Do not use a battery pack that has received
a sharp blow, been dropped, run over, or damaged in any way (e.g., pierced
with a nail, hit with a hammer, stepped on, in a vehicle accident).
12. Do not disassemble. If it is damaged, take it to a MILWAUKEE service
facility.
13. Battery chemicals cause serious burns. Never allow contact with skin,
eyes, or mouth. If a damaged battery leaks battery chemicals, use rubber
or neoprene gloves to dispose of it. If skin is exposed to battery fluids, wash
with soap and water and rinse with vinegar. If eyes are exposed to battery
chemicals, immediately flush with water for 20 minutes and seek medical
attention. Remove and dispose of contaminated clothing.
14. Do not short circuit. A short-circuited battery pack may cause fire, personal
injury, and product damage. A battery pack will short circuit if a metal object
makes a connection between the positive and negative contacts on the
battery pack. Do not place a battery pack near anything that may cause a
short circuit, such as coins, keys or nails in your pocket.
15. Do not allow fluids to flow into battery pack. Corrosive or conduc-
tive fluids, such as seawater, certain industrial chemicals, and bleach or
bleach containing products, etc., can cause a short circuit.
16. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not store battery where temperatures may
exceed 120°F (50°C) such as in direct sunlight, a vehicle, or metal building
during the summer.
17. To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when an
appliance is used near children.
18. Store idle light out of reach of children. Warm lights can become hazard-
ous in the hands of children.
19. Know your light. Read this manual carefully to learn your light’s applica-
tions and limitations as well as potential hazards associated with this type
of light.
20. Maintain labels and nameplates. These carry important information. If
unreadable or missing, contact a MILWAUKEE service facility for a free
replacement.

To reduce the risk of fire, personal injury, and product damage due to a short circuit, never immerse
your tool, battery pack or charger in fluid or allow a fluid to flow
inside them. Corrosive or conductive fluids, such as seawater,
certain industrial chemicals, and bleach or bleach containing prod-
ucts, etc., can cause a short circuit.
Maintenance and Storage
Do not expose your battery or cordless tools to water or rain, or allow them to get wet. This could damage the tool and battery. Do not use oil or solvents
to clean or lubricate your battery. The plastic casing will become brittle and
crack, causing a risk of injury.
Store batteries at room temperature away from moisture. Do not store in damp locations where corrosion of terminals may occur. As with other bat-
tery types, permanent capacity loss can result if the pack is stored for long periods of time at high temperatures (over 120°F). MILWAUKEE Li-Ion bat-
teries maintain their charge during storage longer than other battery types.
After about a year of storage, charge the battery as normal.
WARNING
To or
reduce the risk of injury or explosion, never burn incinerate a battery pack even if it is damaged,
dead or completely discharged. When burned, toxic fumes and
materials are created.
Disposing of MILWAUKEE Li-Ion Battery MILWAUKEE Li-Ion batteries are more environmentally friendly than some other types of power tool batteries. Always dispose of your battery according to federal, state and local regulations. Contact a recycling agency in your area for recycling locations. Even discharged batteries contain some energy. Before disposing, use electrical tape to cover the terminals to prevent the battery from shorting, which could cause a fire or explosion.
RBRC Battery Recycling Seals The RBRCTM Battery Recycling Seals (see “Symbology”) on your batteries indicate that MILWAUKEE has arranged for the recycling of that battery with the Rechargeable Battery Recycling Corporation (RBRC). At the end of your battery’s useful life, return the battery to a MILWAUKEE Branch Office/Service Center or the participating retailer nearest you. HARD HAT LIGHT

in this USB rechargeable light. Other types of batteries may cause personal injury and damage.
Inserting the Battery 1. Open the battery door. 2. Line up the battery with the compartment and fully insert the battery. 3. Close the battery door.
Charging the Battery 1. Plug your USB cable into a power source such as an AC wall adaptor,
computer or car port. 2. Lift the rubber cover to expose the USB port. Insert the USB plug into the
USB port. Users may experience longer charge times from laptops and other power sources. 3. The indicator light will display the charging status:
Red Pulsing: Charging, 0-49% Yellow Pulsing: Charging, 50-99% Green Solid: Charging 100% Red/Green Flashing: Cold, Wet, Faulty or No Battery Red Solid: Over temperature (too hot) If the light indicator flashes red and green, check that the battery is fully seated into the bay. Remove the battery and reinsert. If the light continues to flash red and green, the battery may be extremely hot or cold, or wet. Allow the battery to cool down, warm up, or dry out and then reinsert. If the problem persists, contact a MILWAUKEE service facility.

Headlamp Clip the light onto the strap and use the buckle to adjust the strap to the required size. Use the included clips to attach to a hard hat. Rotate the light up or down as needed. Press the power button to turn the light on and off. Press the mode button to cycle through Spot/Flood, Flood High, Flood Medium, Flood Low, and Spot. The fuel gauge will display the battery capacity:
Green Solid: 50-100% remaining Yellow Solid: 11-49% remaining Red Solid: 4-10% remaining Red Flashing: 0-3% remaining During use, when the battery charge reaches 3%, the main LED and charge indicator will flash, indicating up to 5 minutes of runtime remains. Prior to immediate shutdown, the main LED will flash 3 times, then the tool will shutdown. Remaining runtime may be less than 5 minutes if the light is turned on when battery capacity is already 0-3%.
BEACONTM Light Press the power button to cycle through on, strobe and off. Press and hold the power button to turn off without cycling.
WARNING
To reduce the risk of injury, always charger and remove the battery from

have no internal serviceable parts. Never disassemble the battery
or charger.
Maintenance and Storage
Store your charger in a cool, dry place. As a general practice, it is best to unplug battery chargers and remove batteries when not in use. No battery
damage will occur, however, if the charger and battery are left plugged in.

Cleaning Clean out dust and debris from charger vents and electrical contacts by blowing with compressed air. Use only mild soap and a damp cloth to clean the battery and charger, keeping away from all electrical contacts. Certain cleaning agents and solvents are harmful to plastics and other insulated parts. Some of these include gasoline, turpentine, lacquer thinner, paint thinner, chlorinated cleaning solvents, ammonia and household detergents containing ammonia. Never use flammable or combustible solvents around batteries, charger, or tools.

3. Avant d’utiliser la pile et la lampe de poche, lisez ce manuel de
l’operateur ainsi que toutes les étiquettes qui se trouveront sur la
lampe de poche et la pile. 4. Utiliser uniquement avec une source d’alimentation ITE listée/certifiée. 5. Évitez des milieux dangereux. Ne chargez pas la pile dans des milieux
ayant de la pluie, neige, humidité ni d’environnements mouillés. N’utilisez pas la pile ni le chargeur dans des atmosphères explosives (ayant des vapeurs gazeux, poudre ou matériel inflammable) parce que des étincelles pourront être créées lorsque la pile est insérée ou retirée, pouvant bien provoquer des incendies. 6. Chargez-la dans un espace bien aéré. Ne bloquez pas les bouches du chargeur. Préservez-las propres pour assurer une bonne aération. Ne laissez pas de fumes ni flames décontrôlées près d’une pile du chargeur. Les gaz aérés pourront exploser. 7. Entretenir le cordon du chargeur. Lors du débranchement du chargeur, tirez sur la fiche plutôt que sur le cordon. Ne portez jamais le chargeur par son cordon. Gardez le cordon de la chaleur, de l’huile et des bords tranchants. Assurez-vous que le cordon ne sera pas mis sur un pied, trébuché ou soumis à des dommages ou à du stress. N’utilisez pas de char-ger avec un cordon ou une fiche endommagé. Faites remplacer immédiatement un chargeur endommagé. 8. Utiliser exclusivement les accessoires recommandés.
9. Débranchez toujours le chargeur avant de le nettoyer ou l’entretenir. 10. Ne pas brûler ou incinérer les piles. Les batteries peuvent exploser. Des va-
peurs et des matériaux toxiques sont créés lorsque les batteries sont brûlées. 11. Ne pas écraser, laisser tomber ou endommager les blocs-piles. Tou-
jours mettre les blocs-piles dans un conteneur sûr durant le transport. Ne pas utiliser une batterie ou un chargeur qui ont subi un choc violent, ont été écrasés ou endommagés de quelque façon que ce soit (par exemple, s’ils ont été percés par un clou, frappés avec un marteau ou piétinés). 12. Ne pas désarmer le bloc-piles. Si jamais il est endommagé, le confier à un centre de service MILWAUKEE. 13. Les produits chimiques entraînent des brûlures graves. Ne permettez pas qu’ils entrent en contact avec la peau, les yeux ni la bouche. Si de la pile endommagée des produits chimiques se coulent, utilisez des gants en caoutchouc ou néoprène pour se débarrasser d’elle. Si la peau est exposée à des fluides de la pile, lavez-la avec du savon et de l’eau et rincez-la avec du vinaigre. Si les yeux sont exposés aux produits chimiques de la pile, lavez-les avec pleine de l’eau pendant 20 minutes et consultez un médecin. Retirez les vêtements contaminés et se débarrassez d’eux. 14. Ne pas court-circuiter. Un bloc-piles court-circuité pourra mener un incendie, des blessures physiques et endommager le produit. Un blocpiles court-circuitera si un objet métallique établit une connexion entre les contacts positif et négatif du bloc-piles. Mettre le bloc-piles à l’écart de tout ce qui pourra causer un court-circuit, tel que des pièces de monnaie, des clés ou des clous dans votre poche. 15. Ne pas laisser les fluides entrer dans le bloc-piles. Les fluides corrosifs et conducteurs, tels que l’eau de mer, quelques produits chimiques industriels et solutions d’eau de javel ou d’autres produits ayant de l’hypochlorite, etc., Pourront provoquer des courts-circuits. 16. Pour réduire le corporelles et

à haute température (50°C/120°F). Les piles Li-ion MILWAUKEE maintien-
nent leur charge pendant plus longtemps que les autres types de piles.
Après un an d’entreposage, rechargez le bloc-piles comme d’habitude.

Mise au rebut du bloc-piles Li-ion MILWAUKEE Les blocs-piles Li-ion MILWAUKEE sont plus écologiques que d’autres types de piles pour outils portables. Mettre au rebut votre bloc-piles conformément aux réglementations locales, nationales et fédérales. Contacter une agence de recyclage dans votre région pour les lieux de recyclage. Même déchargés, les blocs-piles contiennent un peu d’énergie. Avant la mise au rebut, utiliser du ruban isolant pour recouvrir les contacts pour empêcher la mise en court-circuit, laquelle pourrait causer un incendie ou une explosion.

Pour insérer la pile 1. Ouvrez le couvercle de la batterie. 2. Alignez la batterie avec le compartiment et insérez la batterie. 3. Fermez le couvercle des piles.
Pour charger la pile 1. Branchez son câble USB sur une prise électrique, tel qu’un adaptateur
mural CA, ordinateur ou prise de voiture. 2. Soulever le couvercle en caoutchouc pour exposer le port USB. Brancher la
fiche USB au port USB. Les utilisateurs pourront voir des durées de chargement plus longues avec des ordinateurs et d’autres sources d’alimentation. 3. Le témoin affichera l’état de la charge :
Rouge clignotant: Charge entre 0 et 49 % Jaune clignotant: Charge entre 50 et 99 % Vert fixe: Charge à 100 % Rouge/vert clignotant: Froide, humide, défectueuse ou sans batterie Rouge fixe: Surchauffé (trop chaud) Si le témoin clignote en rouge et vert, vérifier que la pile soit bien mise dans son compartiment. Retirer la pile et veuillez la remettre sur place. Si le témoin continue à clignoter en rouge et vert, la pile est trop chaude, trop froide ou bien, humide. Laisser la pile refroidir, réchauffer ou sécher avant de la remettre. Si le problème persiste, contacter un centre de service MILWAUKEE.

Lumineuse de casque
Sujete la lámpara en la cinta y use la hebilla para ajustar la cinta al tamaño

Pendant l’utilisation, lorsque la charge de la batterie atteint 3 %, la LED prin-
cipale et l’indicateur de charge clignoteront, indiquant jusqu’à 5 minutes de
l’exécution reste. Avant l’arrêt immédiat, la LED principale clignotera 3 fois,
puis l’outil s’arrêtera. L’autonomie restante peut être inférieure à 5 minutes
si la lumière est allumée lorsque la capacité de la batterie est déjà de 0-3 %.
Lumière BEACONTM
Appuyez sur le bouton d’alimentation pour passer en marche,
stroboscope et désactivé. Appuyez sur le bouton d’alimentation et
maintenez-le enfoncé pour l’éteindre sans faire de vélo.
AVERTISSEMENT
Afin de réduire le risque de blessure, débranchez toujours le chargeur et retirez la pile du
chargeur avant de réaliser des travaux d’entretien. Le chargeur et
la pile n’ont pas aucune partie interne susceptible d’être entretenue
par le client. Ne désassemblez jamais la pile ni le chargeur.
Entretien et rongement
Rongez son chargeur dans un endroit sec et frais. D’une manière générale,
la meilleure option c’est débrancher les chargeurs et retirer les piles lorsqu’ils
ne sont pas utilisés. Pourtant, aucun dommage parviendra à la pile si le
chargeur et la pile restent toujours branchés.

Afin de réduire le risque de blessure et dommages, n’immergez ni ne chargez jamais la
pile ou le chargeur dans des liquides ni ne laissez jamais qu’un
liquide y entre.
Nettoyage Nettoyez la poudre et les débris des bouches du chargeur ainsi que les prises électriques en soufflant d’air comprimé. N’utilisez que de savon doux et un chiffon humide pour nettoyer la pile et le chargeur, en les tenant loin de toutes les prises électriques. Quelques agents et solvants de nettoyage sont nocifs pour des plastiques et d’autres parties isolées, tels que de l’essence, térébenthine, diluant à peinture-laque, diluant à peinture, solvants de nettoyage chlorés, ammoniaque et détergents à usage domestique ayant d’ammoniaque. ATENCIÓN
Utilice y cargue únicamente REDLITHIUMTM con esta lámpara
las baterías recargable por
USB USB.
No utilice baterías o cargadores falsificados, falsos o “de imitación”.
No conecte una batería a un conector de una fuente de energía ni a
un encendedor.
3. Antes de utilizar la batería y la lámpara, lea este manual del operador
y todas las etiquetas de la batería y la lámpara.
4. Utilice únicamente con una fuente de energía ITE certificada/aprobada.
5. Evite ambientes peligrosos. No cargue la batería en la lluvia, nieve o
lugares húmedos o mojados. No use la batería ni el cargador en la presencia
de atmósferas explosivas (gases, polvo o materiales inflamables) puesto
que pueden generar chispas al insertar o quitar la batería, y posiblemente
provocar un incendio.
6. Cuide el cable del cargador. Cuando desconecte el cargador, jale de
la clavija y no del cable, con el objeto de reducir el daño al cable. Nunca
tome el cargador del cable. Mantenga este lejos del calor, aceite y de orillas
afiladas. Asegúrese que no pisen el cable ni que lo maltraten o lo hagan
objeto de daños o tensión. No use un cargador que tenga el cable o la
clavija dañado. Haga cambiar de inmediato un cable que esté dañado, por
uno idéntico (vea “Mantenimiento”).
7. Dar mantenimiento al cable. Al desconectar el cargador, jale del enchufe
en vez del cable para reducir el riesgo de dañar cualquiera de ellos. Nunca
transporte el cargador sujetándolo del cable. Proteja el cable del calor,
aceite y bordes filosos. Asegúrese de no pisar, tropezar o someter el cable

8. Use únicamente los accesorios recomendados.

10. No queme ni incinere las baterías. Las baterías pueden explotar. Los
humos y materiales tóxicos se crean cuando se queman las baterías.
11. No aplaste, tire o dañe la batería. Siempre ponga las baterías en un
contenedor seguro durante la transportación. No utilice una batería que
haya recibido un golpe seco, se haya caído, se haya aplastado o dañado
de algún modo (por ejemplo, perforado con un clavo, golpeado con un
martillo, se haya pisado durante un accidente vehicular).
12. No desarme la batería ni el cargador. En caso de daño, llévela a un
centro de servicio MILWAUKEE.
13. Los químicos de la batería causan quemaduras graves. Nunca per-
mita el contacto con la piel, ojos o boca. Si una batería dañada derrama
químicos, use guantes de goma o neopreno para desecharla. Si la piel es
expuesta a los fluidos de la batería, lave con agua y jabón, y enjuague con
vinagre. Si los ojos son expuestos a los químicos de la batería, enjuague
inmediatamente con agua durante 20 minutos y busque atención médica.
Retire y deseche la ropa contaminada.
14. No provoque un corto circuito. Una batería con corto circuito podrá
provocar un incendio, lesiones físicas y daños en el producto. Una batería
sufrirá un corto circuito si un objeto metálico crea una conexión entre los
contactos positivo y negativo en la batería. No coloque una batería cerca
de algo que pueda provocar un cortocircuito, como monedas, llaves o
clavos en su bolsillo.
15. No permite que entre fluidos en la batería. Los fluidos corrosivos o
conductivos, como es el caso del agua de mar, ciertos químicos de nivel
industrial, el cloro o productos con peróxido de hidrógeno, etc., Podrán

16. Almacenar en un lugar fresco y seco. No almacene la batería donde

de ellos. Los fluidos corrosivos o conductivos, como el agua de
mar, ciertos productos químicos industriales y blanqueadores o
lejías que contienen, etc., pueden causar un cortocircuito.
Mantenimiento y almacenamiento
No exponga su batería o herramientas inalámbricas al agua o lluvia, ni permita que se mojen. Esto podría dañar la herramienta y la batería. No use aceite o solventes para limpiar o lubricar su batería. La carcasa de plástico se volverá frágil y se romperá, provocando un riesgo de lesión. Almacene las baterías a temperatura ambiente, alejadas de la humedad. No almacene en lugares húmedos donde puede haber una corrosión de las terminales. Al igual que con los otros tipos de batería, puede haber una pérdida permanente de capacidad si la batería se almacena por periodos largos a temperaturas altas (más de 50°C/120°F). Las baterías de litio-ion de MILWAUKEE mantienen su carga durante almacenamientos mayores que otros tipos de batería. Después de un año de almacenamiento, cargue la batería como siempre.

Desecho de baterías de litio-ion de MILWAUKEE
Las baterías de litio-ion de MILWAUKEE son más amigables con el medio ambiente que algunos otros tipos de baterías para herramientas eléctricas. Siempre deseche su batería de conformidad con las regulaciones federales, estatales y locales. Contacte a una agencia de reciclaje en su área para conocer los lugares de reciclaje.
Incluso las baterías descargadas contienen algo de energía. Antes de desechar, use cinta eléctrica para cubrir las terminales y evitar que la batería cree un corto, que podría provocar un incendio o explosión.
Sellos de reciclaje de batería RBRC Los Sellos de reciclaje de batería RBRCTM (consulte “Simbología”) en sus baterías indican que MILWAUKEE organizó el reciclado de la batería con la Corporación de Reciclaje de Baterías Reciclables (RBRC). Cargar la batería 1. Enchufe su cable USB en una fuente de energía como un adaptador de
pared AC, computadora o puerto en un coche.
2. Levante la cubierta de hule para mostrar el puerto USB. Conecte la entrada USB al puerto USB. Es posible que los usuarios vean tiempos de carga
más prolongados con computadoras y otras fuentes de alimentación. 3. La luz indicadora mostrará el estado de la carga:
Parpadea en rojo: Cargando, 0 a 49% Parpadea en amarillo: Cargando, 50 a 99%

estar extremadamente caliente o fría, o mojada. Permita que la batería se enfríe, caliente o seque antes de volver a insertarla. Si el problema

Lámpara para casco Sujete la lámpara en la cinta y use la hebilla para ajustar la cinta al tamaño deseado. Use los broches incluidos para sujetar a un casco duro. Gire la luz hacia arriba o hacia abajo, según sea necesario. Oprima el botón de encendido de la lámpara para encender y apagar. Oprima el botón de modo para cambiar entre Enfoque/reflector, Reflector alto, Reflector medio, Reflector bajo, y Enfoque. El indicador de combustible mostrará la capacidad de la batería:
Verde sin parpadear: 50-100% restante Amarillo sin parpadear: 11-49% restante Rojo sin parpadear: 4-10% restante Rojo parpadeando: 0-3% restante Durante el uso, cuando la carga de la batería alcanza el 3%, el LED principal y el indicador de carga parpadearán, indicando que quedan hasta 5 minutos de tiempo de ejecución. Antes del apagado inmediato, el LED principal parpadeará 3 veces, luego la herramienta se apagará. El tiempo de ejecución restante puede ser inferior a 5 minutos si la luz se enciende cuando la capacidad de la batería ya es del 0-3%.
BEACONTM Luz Pulse el botón de encendido para desplazarse, estroboscópico y apagado. Mantén pulsado el botón de encendido para apagarlo sin necesidad de pedalear.

Mantenimiento y almacenamiento
Almacene su batería y cargador en un lugar fresco y seco. Como práctica
general, se recomienda desconectar los cargadores y retirar las baterías
cuando no se estén usando. Sin embargo, no se dañará la batería si el
cargador y la batería se dejan conectados.

líquido, ni permita que un líquido fluya hacia su interior.
Limpieza Limpie el polvo y basura de las ventilas del cargador y los contactos eléctricos sopleteando con aire comprimido. Use solo jabón suave y un paño húmedo para limpiar la batería y el cargador, evitando tocar todos los contactos eléctricos. Ciertos agentes y solventes de limpieza pueden dañar el plástico y otras partes aisladas. Algunos de estos incluyen la gasolina, trementina, adelgazador de barniz, adelgazador de pintura, solventes de limpieza con cloro, amoniaco y detergentes caseros que contienen amoniaco. Nunca use solventes inflamables ni combustibles alrededor de la batería, cargador o herramientas.
