STARTING SYSTEM
- Please turn off your Tens 24 before proceeding.
- Charge your TENS unit for the first time you received for over a night or 12 hours.
- Snap the outputs of the pad cables to the cables, and then attach the cables to the device. Use the pads to cover your body.
CHANGING THE TREATMENT

MANAGE YOUR TENSION 24
- M-BUTTON
The M button allows you to select between 12 different massage types and settings, including neck, shoulder, back, elbow, hip, foot/hand, knee, joint, acupressure, kneading, and continual.
- T-BUTTON
You can set the time of your therapy using the T button. Plan a 60-minute massage appointment. To activate or deactivate the key lock mode, press and hold.
- +/- BUTTONS
Tens 24 is activated by +/- buttons. You can easily change the degree of your treatment’s intensity to suit your demands.
- A/B-BUTTON
The A/B button is used to change channels. Both channels can be used simultaneously. After completing one’s adjustment, you can switch the other.
