Product Information:
The Mercedes Sprinter W907/W910 Cab system 3-way sound system
(art. no. 65730/65780) is designed for vehicles with and without
front blind, specifically for Sprinter VS30 manufactured from 2018
(Type W907 / W910). The package includes a retractable roller blind
and a mounting set with necessary screws, nuts, washers, and tools
like hole saws, screwdrivers, cutter knife, hot glue gun, hot air
dryer, plastic wedge, insulating tape, and white marker. The
installation instructions also include general disassembly
instructions and mounting instructions for mid-high modules with
and without blackout blinds. To achieve the full sound performance
of the sound system, it is recommended to use Sound Package I which
includes an additional amplifier and subwoofer.
Product Usage:
Before installing the sound system, make sure all radio settings
are set to zero or off to achieve the best sound. To avoid
vibration noise, secure all cable harnesses with insulating tape or
similar. The installation instructions provide detailed disassembly
instructions for door panels and A-pillar panels to prepare
mid-high crossover, connect and mount. Mounting of mid-high modules
without blackout blinds should be done on the A-pillar panels using
the provided mounting set and tools like hole saws and
screwdrivers. Mounting of mid-high modules with blackout blinds
also requires preparation and mounting of the modules to the
A-pillar panels as per the instructions. For any queries or

Recommendation: To achieve the full sound performance of the sound system, we recommend Sound Package I, which significantly increases the sound performance of the system with the additional amplifier and subwoofer.
Warranty: As the manufacturer, we warrant these sound systems for 2 years from the date of purchase from the dealer. Within this warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace free of charge all defects that are due to material or manufacturing faults. Excluded from the warranty are damages caused by improper use or installation, wear and tear or interventions by third parties. The warranty does not cover consequential damage or defects that only insignificantly impair the value or usability of the sound systems. A warranty obligation is not triggered in the case of damage caused by external influences. Systems with additional or incorrect mounting holes are excluded from exchange. These are damages to the components that cannot be repaired.

1. General disassembly
1.1. Door panels

· Remove screws 1-6 (see Fig. A) · Lever out the door trim starting from the side and working upwards aushebeln, paying attention to the trim clips · Disconnect factory woofers and remove from door panel (see fig. C)
1.2 Dismantle A-pillar panels and tweeter, prepare mid-high crossover, connect and mount.

· Remove screw cover from top of A-pillar trim and disassemble screws. (see fig. A) · Dismantle A-pillar trim starting at points with plastic wedge, (detach from body). (see fig. A) · Dismantle original tweeter cover with a plastic wedge from the front. (see fig. B) · Remove Mercedes tweeter, disconnect original connection cable and lead it under the dashboard to the A-pillar. (see fig. C) · Connect MHT crossover input with original Mercedes tweeter connector. Connect midrange and tweeter output cables from crossover between dashboard and A-pillar for later connection of tweeters and midrange drivers in case of A-pillar panel mounting (see Fig. D)

· Place template on A-pillar trim according to illustration. (Fig. A) · Mark recesses for the cutout with a white pencil. (Fig. B) · Cut out marked areas with a multi-cutter or similar. (Fig. C)

· Place the molded part on the cutout and ensure exact fit, position flush and mount the molded part on the A-pillar trim using the screws and sheet metal nuts supplied.
· and secure the bolts with the sheet metal nuts. (Fig. D) · Secure screws and sheet metal nuts from behind with hot glue. (Fig. E) · Connect speaker connector to original speaker plug and mount A-pillar at original position. (Fig. F) · Carefully press acoustic fabric trim into the molded part. (Fig. G)

3.1. preparation and mounting of the mid-high modules to the A-pillar panels

· Place the enclosed template exactly on the lower edge of the A-pillar trim (see Fig. A), mark the cut-out with a white mark with a white sharpie and then cut out with a fine (multi) cutter. · Place the molded part on the cutout and secure it in place (see Fig. B). the inner edge of the trim and mount the molded part to the A-pillar trim with the screws supplied using the screws supplied and secure from behind using the sheet metal nuts supplied. · Carefully press the loudspeaker cover grille into the molded part and ensure a flush fit on the leather edge. (see Fig.C)

· Connect the tweeter and midrange output cables of the crossovers with the connection cables of the tweeters and midrange drivers. · Then wrap the crossovers in damping material, thus securing the circuit board against short-circuit and insert it laterally between the A-pillars and the dashboard. (see fig. A,B) · Secure crossovers with cable ties on the sides (e.g. on original cable harnesses) to prevent them from falling down. · Then insert A pillar trim into the specified recess on the side of the dashboard (see fig. C and D), guide with light pressure to the car body and press the plastic clips exactly into the given car body holes. (ensure correct hold)

4. Attenuation of the center speaker in the dashboard

· Dismantle original cover (see fig. A) · Lever out loudspeaker (see Fig. B)

· Disconnect the purple-white marked cable, insert the cable switch (Fig. C) and reconnect the loudspeaker (see Fig. D). · Finally, reinsert the loudspeaker and clip in the cover.

5. woofer mounting in the car doors
5.1 Recommendation: Insulation of the door lining

· Line the door panels from behind with Alubutyl. see (Fig. A), then glue insulating fleece over the entire surface. (see Fig. B)
5.2 Preparation of door panels and mounting woofer incl. mounting ring

· Remove the original radius (see Fig.C) flush with the plastic ring using a multitool or similar. · Position and mount the woofer incl. mounting ring with the factory screws at the factory speaker cutout on the
door panel, see (Fig.E).

· Mount (glue) the woofer crossover on the back of the door panel, making sure that it does not generate vibrations. · Place the door panel on the body, connect the original woofer cable to the woofer and mount the panel to the door body. door body. (Attach all the screws).
