Correct Assembly of Unloader Valve and Seat Kit
Whenever you change an unloader valve (#1), it is also highly recommended that you change the seat kit (#2) to ensure that everything is in proper working order.

1. Remove the unloader valve and seat kit from the head housing.

2. Check for any dirt or debris and clean if necessary.

3. Slightly grease the o-ring on the seat kit (#3).

4. Insert the seat kit into the head housing.

5. Verify that the sign (#4) is facing up.

6. Screw in the new regulation valve and lock the maximum

pressure by lock nut pos (#5).
