Combination Rotors Centrifuge

1. Product Introduce

Centrifuge-7KS is a micro centrifuge with Composite Rotor, users
can complete different experiments without replacing the rotor to
save time. The centrifuge can open the transparent cover to suspend
operation, close the cover and continue to run in the original
time, and has an electronic timing function. It is designed with a
three-in-one composite rotor, which is suitable for:

• 6×1.5/2.0ml centrifuge tube
• 6×0.5ml centrifuge tube
• 2x8x0.2ml PCR tube strip
• 16×0.2ml centrifuge tube

press for longer to increase the setting value. The adjustable
speed is 4000/6000/7000 rpm and the max. time is 99:59.

The rotor doesn’t work when it powers on
High noise, abnormal noise and strong vibration

3. Safety Instruction
1) Don’t run instrument without rotor. 2) Only add stuff into tubes before loading into rotor. 3) Don’t remove instrument during working. 4) Place instrument on a flat and firm benchtop.

4.1 Face Panel and buttons

4.3. Time and Speed

1) Once Instrument turned on, the Instrument goes into the initial status with the sound of “de…”

2) About 1s later, the figure 06 is speed 6000rpm; 02:30 in the time display is the last set time.

5) When 00:00 is displayed , the time is unlimited.

4.4 Operation and Stop
1. Before turning on the power switch, check up the switch position , make it at ” 0″ , then connect instrument to power supply. 2. Turn on instrument, it will start initiate with alarm “de…” , open the lid, and load tubes into rotor. Set time according to steps 4.3, press down the lid to run the instrument. Rotor will stop once timer count down to 0. Only open the lid after the rotor stops by press down the lid button. If user needs to stop instrument during working, turn off the power switch.
Warning: 1) Do not open the lid before the rotor stops. 2) Centrifugal tubes should be placed symmetrically into rotor,
every tube contains stuff less than 3.0g 3) Stop the instrument in case of abnormal noisy 4) Don’t use multi tubes of 1.5ml0.5ml0.2ml in rotor 8×2ml.

5. Clean
Clean the instrument with a dry cloth and a non-corrosive cleaning solution with a pH of 7 ± 1. Do not immerse the instrument in a liquid or use a liquid to wet the instrument. Ensure that all parts of the instrument are completely dry before running.
