This product is the YO-GYM80015-BK-GG, a table with a built-in
burner and a gas tank support. It comes with various component
parts and hardware pieces required for assembly.

The product is manufactured by Belnick and is covered by a
warranty that protects against manufacturing defects. The warranty
is valid from the original purchase date and applies to the
original purchaser for normal usage.

Product Usage Instructions:

  1. Before You Begin:
  • Identify all component parts and hardware pieces required for
    assembly.
  • Remove all components from the packaging and set them aside for
    assembly.
  • Assemble on a soft surface to prevent scratching during
    assembly.
  • Caution:
    • Tighten all components securely before use to avoid personal
      injury.
    • Do not use any sharp objects to open plastic wrapped components
      as it may cause damage.
  • Assembly:
    1. Leg Assembly:
    • Place the Tabletop with Burner (Part G) facedown on a clean
      smooth surface.
    • Connect the Front Right Leg (Part A) and Front Left Leg (Part
      D) to the front of the Tabletop using (4) M6x10mm Bolts (Part
      AA).
    • Connect the Back Right Leg (Part B) and Back Left Leg (Part C)
      using (4) M6x10mm Bolts (Part AA).
    • Ensure that the Control Unit is located between Legs A and
      B.
  • Side Panel Assembly:
    • Connect the Side Panel with Window (Part J) to the Front Right
      Leg (Part A) and Back Right Leg (Part B) using (4) M6x10mm Bolts
      (Part AA). Make sure the Control Panel fits through the
      window.
    • Connect the Side Panel (Part I) to the Front Left Leg (D) and
      Back Left Leg (C) using (4) M6x10mm Bolts (Part AA).
    • Connect the remaining Side Panel to the Back Legs (Parts B and
      C) using (4) M6x10mm Bolts (Part AA).
    • Secure the Control Panel to the Side Panel with Window (Part J)
      using (4) MSx10mm Bolts (Part BB) and (4) MS Nuts (Part CC).
  • Gas Tank Support Assembly:
    • Connect the Gas Tank Support (Part K) to the body using (4)
      M6x10mm Bolts (Part AA).
    • Tighten all bolts (AA) with a Phillips Screwdriver.

    Tighten all components securely before use. Failure to do so may result in personal injury. DO NOT use any sharp objects to open plastic wrapped components as damage to product or components may result.
    Warning:
    CHOKING HAZARD – Small Parts. Adult Assembly Required. DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO CLIMB ON FURNITURE Serious or fatal injuries can occur from furniture tipping over. You must install Tipping Restraint Hardware (where included) to help prevent the unit from tipping and causing accidental injury, instability, death or damage. The tipping restraint is intended only as a safety measure, it is not a substitute for proper adult supervision. To help prevent furniture from tipping over it must be permanently attached to the wall. Anti-Tip Safety Wall Straps suitable for the unit weight and wall materials (if not included) should be purchased and installed.

    Our Warranty Statement
    This warranty covers manufacturing defects associated with your new product. The product is warranted from the original purchase date and to the original purchaser for normal usage, according to the below-referenced specifications and limitations.
    Non-moving metal parts are warranted for 5 years. Component parts including pneumatic cylinder, control mechanism, base and casters are warranted for 2 years. All other items are warranted for 1 year. Normal usage means use in compliance with the restrictions and weight limits specified for the product. In the absence of product-specific restrictions and weight limits, normal usage means use for no more than forty hours per week by persons weighing 250 lbs. or less. Coverage terminates if the product is sold or otherwise transferred. Repairs made by parties other than Belnick also void this warranty.
    This warranty will not cover: (1) labor, freight, or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, assembly, installation, attachments, accident, vandalism, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of Belnick; (2) tearing, scratching, scuffing, or blemishing of leather or fabric; (3) cosmetic damage that may result from normal usage; (4) damage attributable to use by persons exceeding specified weight limits or commercial use exceeding forty hours per week; or (5) rust or other damage caused by exposure to moisture. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. Liability for incidental or consequential damage is excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

    1 Leg Assembly
    o Place Tabletop with Burner (Part G) facedown on a clean smooth surface. Connect Front Right Leg (Part A) & Front Left Leg (Part D) to the front of the Tabletop using (4) M6x10mm Bolts (Part AA). Connect Back Right Leg (Part B) & Back Left Leg (Part C) using (4) M6x10mm Bolts (Part AA).

    2 Side Panel Assembly

    Connect Side Panel with Window (Part J) to Front Right Leg (Part A) and Back Right Leg (Part B) using (4) M6x10mm Bolts (Part AA). Ensure Control Panel fits through window.

    Connect Side Panel (Part I) to Front Left Leg

    (D) and Back Left Leg (C) using (4) M6 x10

    Bolts (Part AA). Connect remaining Side Panel

    to Back Legs (Parts B & C) using (4)

    M6x10mm Bolts (Part AA).

    3 Gas Tank Support Assembly
    Connect Gas Tank Support (Part K) to the body using (4) M6x10mm Bolts (Part AA).
    Tighten all bolts (AA) with a Phillips Screwdriver (not included).

    4 Door Assembly
    Connect Door (Part H) to Front Left Leg (Part D) by inserting the door pin into the leg hinge as depicted in graphic.

    5 Lava Rock
    Place the Lava Rock (Part F) into the fire bowl.
    Note: Ensure no lava rock is placed on the ignition portion of the burner. Then place the Cover (Part E).

    6 Assembling the cylinder
    Put the cylinder into the Gas Tank Support (Part K), and secure the cylinder by tightening the screw in the gas tank support. Connect the hose and regulator to cylinder.
    NOTE: The propane cylinder is sold separately. Use a standard 20 lb. propane cylinder only. Put the hose away from the bowl base during connect the propane cylinder.

    Installing the AAA battery

    Open the igniter by turning counter-clockwise and place the AAA battery (Part DD) into the igniter. Replace igniter then turn clockwise to tighten.

    o Do not overtighten igniter button.

    Check and clean burner/vent tubes for insects and insect nests. A clogged tube can lead to a fire.”
    Allow 45 minutes for heat to dissipate.
