Here are some tips how to do that

1. Wear gloves
   when doing domestic duties. e.g cleaning, washing up & gardening.
2. Use cuticle oil regularly to keep them nourished.
3. Maintenance to be taken out around 3 weeks.
4. Treat nails like jewels, not tools.
5. Never pick
   gel polish off this will cause damage. Contact your nail tech to remove it properly or complete maintenance.
6. Avoid intense heat in the first 24 hours e.g sunbeds, and hot baths.
