No Power to Machine
- Unplug vacuum
- Run hand along entire length of power cord, it should be smooth
- Check plug for damage
- If either cord (not smooth or exposed wires) or plug (prongs) are damaged, visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
- Check to see if outlet is working:
- Test by plugging in a cell phone charger or small appliance
- If no power to outlet, test a different outlet in a separate room
- Reset circuit breaker if needed
- Check hose power cord
- If hose power cord is not attached to base, power will not turn on
- If still no power, please visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
- If hose power cord is not attached to base, power will not turn on
No Power to Powerhead
- Make sure the brush motor is turned on at the hose grip
- Make sure the handle is reclined
- If locked in upright position, brush motor automatically shuts off
- Make sure the extension wand power cord is firmly plugged in at the hose grip and at the powerhead
- Check the extension wand power cord for damage
- If it is damaged, or if there is still no power to the powerhead, please visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
